I'm here from out of town and needed a place to post up and do a bit of work before continuing my weekend trip with my bestie. This was the PERFECT place!! The staff was super friendly, even if they don't know what a card catalog or the Dewey Decimal system is. There were couches and tables and vast variety of seating options. They have a super cute "shop" area. Left with some fun snarky stickers too. I had a cinnamon roll latte and it was amazing. I asked for mine with no maple and they happily obliged me. I needed protein so I had the Trailblazer wrap that had chicken in it. It was packed full of a delicious combination of flavors and sauced with the perfect amount of sriracha mayo. It came with a healthy portion of chips. I forgot to take a pic until I had eaten half. It was sooo good. We asked the staff for recommendations for other good places to eat in the area. Every 5 star review is warranted! What a rad shop. I wish they were near me. Ace might be one if not the best coffee shops I've ever been to. The coffee was excellent, but the entirety of the place is what makes it so remarkable. The food we had (Acai bowl and quiche) was excellent and generously portioned. Whoever on the team has the eye for design has the place very well curated, from the artwork to the stickers and other things for sale. this is a crazy good coffee shop located in the middle of cave city, just a couple of miles off the interstate. Well worth the detour if you are traveling through. This is a shop that you could easily see in a upscale city or town...Its well curated and the staff couldn't be nicer. I didn't get a chance to try any food, but my mocha was awesome. I am happy for the locals to have such a cool coffee shop, and a tiny bit jealous its not near me! read more

It is so freaking good I'm sad I don't live closer. It's smack in the middle of a frequent long drive we make. I meannnnnn what can I say everything is so delicious. I don't give a rat's ass about bagels but holy crap... my husband got a bagel from Ace once and it was like... the best thing I've ever tasted. Garlicky goodness. The latte I had with the cinnamon and sweetened condensed milk was insanely unreal and I fell in love with it. Everything baked up in the case looks to die for. Love ya. Just passing through Cave City, KY and found this great coffee shop. Had the Avacado pizza which was a great change from the fast food norm. Since I enjoy my coffee with cream the hot latte had a generous amount of foamed whole milk. I drive many miles a year so I was happy to find this gem in the most unlikely place. At the time of my visit the shop had a good amount of visitors which affirmed that I was not the only one enjoying this coffee shop. read more

This place caught our eye as we were across the street eating pizza on our road trip. We got to meet the owner and her boyfriend. Her boyfriend happened to have a tv show on History Channel. This place is awesome and I think it's going to be a great success! We tried some of the fresh deserts and a cup of coffee and both were excellent! Stop in and check this place out! The coffee and breakfast were great but it appears they also serve lunch and beer later in the day. The staff were all very friendly and the space was eclectic with so much to catch your interest. THIS PLACE IS A GEM! It's inexpensive and fresh, with NO OPTIONS LIKE IT. You can find a dollar general... dollar tree.. dollar shop in the area. NO good grocery stores.. so either come prepared OR just grab breakfast and lunch for a few days here. The chicken Buddha bowl is GREAT and energizing (eat fresh, gets dry later). The cold brew and iced latte were heavy on milk and cream, so order more espresso if that's what you're into. The fresh daily quiche was vegetable and served with FRESH FRUIT. YUM. Crispy chicken wrap was tasty-- ask for extra sauce, the crispy part is like breadcrumbs so can be a little dry. SO AFFORDABLE. This area needs more of this!! read more

We took a drive over to Ace Coffee after hearing a lot of buzz about it from others. Expectations were high, and it exceeded them! They were pretty busy, and the staff was hard at work, yet they took the time to greet us with a cheerful smile -- and they seemed genuinely happy! I love that! Customers were enjoying the space: three friends sipping coffee and sharing laughs; a businessman working on his laptop; a couple enjoying the afternoon sunshine and iced coffees outside; a young woman relaxing on a sofa with a book and a glass of wine. Here's what we experienced . . . The coffee: fantastic. The sweets: delicious. The atmosphere: cozy, comfy, and warm. The outdoor area: a quaint green space with string lights, seating, and even a stage for live music. Bonuses: dog friendly. We had such a nice experience that we decided to stick around Cave City to check out a few shops and have dinner at a local restaurant. Highly recommend this place! read more

Cute little coffee shop near the Mammoth Cave area. White chocolate latte was delicious. Perfect amount of sweet, but not overly sweet.

If you're in downtown Cave City, check out this cute little coffee shop. Opted for the chicken caesar wrap, but the quiche looked amazing. The wrap was good. I think it had croutons in it, which gave it an extra crunch that was really tasty. I saw someone that ordered the açaí bowl and it looked great, too. I had a large iced coffee with cookie butter and cream, not overly sweet or bitter so it was good. Coffee was a little pricey (I think it was over $8), but food prices seemed reasonable. read more

Wow, firstly this is the life of the town and it's only been open for a short time. There is plenty of parking on the side of the street. I only ordered espresso but it was delicious. They do have sandwiches and bakery treats . I was able to try the Derby bar which tastes like a mini pecan pie (fresh and crumbly). This place has a modern coffee house look with a stage and comfortable seating area outside. I did have a chance to speak with the owner and she's such a wonderful person. The atmosphere was very trendy. My spinach wrap and pumpkin spice latte were delicious. My concern was there weren't many chips on my plate for the price, and my friends and I had to wait way too long for our sandwiches. Lastly, the greeting cards on display in the front that contained very tacky phrases and language were extremely inappropriate. Every card was different and used old fashioned illustrations that caught my eye. But I caught myself before reading one aloud. Would have been quite embarrassing!
