Upon our initial meeting with Rowan, they immediately captured our vision and then some. They truly paid attention to every single detail even functional aspects we would have completely overlooked ourselves. Especially in our kitchen, which came with structural challenges, it was difficult to envision it being an open, highly functional space. It was not even close to being an issue with Rowan. They made the whole experience exciting. Getting the initial 3D design is 100% worth it; once we received the renderings, it truly captured our dream kitchen. The level of professionalism remained constant from beginning to end. There were no surprises, and the schedule was spot on. The construction crews are incredible and hands down the hardest working group we have ever worked with. They were highly respectful of our home, the foreman knew exactly what was expected, and they delivered. We even added some extras mid-project, but those extra items did not delay our project at all. The crew truly built our dream kitchen. We asked for a space that felt bright, welcoming, and perfect for entertaining family. We got that and more. We went from dreading cooking in our old, cramped space to gathering around our beautiful new island every single day since they left. It's beautiful and suits our lifestyle perfectly. We are so grateful. Rowan listened to our wants and needs, was extremely communicative, and crystal clear at explaining everything concerning our renovation. We would totally recommend. I'm a first time customer of ACE Design & Build and let me tell you-they're the best contractor and construction company! I mean the BEST! Anyone who has used a contractor and construction company knows how hard it is to find someone reliable and honest. ACE Design & Build is both. It flows from the top with Owen who is the owner and licensed contractor. It was a wonderful experience working with Owen. He's personable, professional, honest and shows up on time! Owen is also someone with extensive knowledge of all aspects of interior and exterior design, so he often had great suggestions of things to do that I would never have thought of. For instance, while doing some landscaping work for us, he remembered that we had mentioned we had a mosquito problem. So, Owen suggested planting certain plants that were natural mosquito repellents. I would never have known about these plants otherwise! Owen showed up when he said he would (actually-5 minutes early!) with his team of workers who were also very friendly and professional. Owen and his team did all the work we needed quickly and efficiently. We have other projects we want done on our home. We're definitely going to use Owen and ACE Design & Build for them.
