Yet I still somehow find my way needing something and not wanting to drive all the way to Clackamas or Oregon City for a big box store. They never have anything in stock - even if their "pick up in 15 minutes" on the website says so. I see it, drive to the store and then it's nowhere to be found. This is not specific to this location as I have encountered it at multiple. However, it is the worst at this one. They're 20-25% more expensive than box stores. I want to support local franchisees but they make it really hard to. I'll give credit to the staff that do ask if I need help, but more often than not the staff are socially awkward and quite unfriendly. I've gotten paint there and I felt as though I was a huge burden for asking for help lol.

When we asked one of the customer service reps about it, he had a pretty arrogant attitude and tried to upsell us on another product. He pointed out that he was a horticulturist and would never consume a vegetable that was planted in the mix that we were looking for. Management ought to encourage their staff to be a little more helpful and less judgmental.

I was a little confused how to get in so we walked in to the restaurant (The Hive Social) and asked. They let us to the secret stair case and said we'd need to figure out the rest for ourselves. And we did. The portrait swung open and we discovered the coolest bar! The ambiance was very cozy and perfect for our date night. Our server was very friendly and made some suggestions when asked. We ordered a couple rounds of drinks and several small plates to share. They even staggered our apps to not overwhelm our cozy table. Everything was delicious. Well worth the drive and we will be back for sure (and probably bring friends)!

Ok it's been a few years since I tried this store again, even though it's closer than Home Depot…read more So I decided they must carry a simple 3/4" pvc coupling right? Wrong! It's like going to a grocery store and it's out of wheat bread! My only option for a simple sprinkler fix there was to buy either a galvanized coupling for $5 or a copper something for $13 instead of $2 pvc fitting! Neither of these are appropriate for typical irrigation work. On top of that, a quart of floetrol paint additive is $3 more than Home Depot! So frustrated, I put everything I had to buy back on the shelf and drove to Home Depot where I should have gone to begin with. Staff are courteous enough at Parkrose, but I get way better service, experience, price and reliability from HD! And by the way Home Depot had 2 boxes of my couplings out on the shelf, and more stock above. Not sure if it's the management in West Linn or it's just the way this "local" chain operates, but I'm not wasting my time driving there again! Two star review before, one star now!

BEWARE DIVISION HARDWARE REPAIRS…read more An employee of Division Hardware (37th & Division) who does all the repair work RUINED my screen door, charged me $500, said they would be back to fix it, doesn't answer texts, store owner doesn't care. My screen door came back banged up and missing a chunk of wood; the screens almost immediately came out; the trim wood is falling off; the stain is splotchy, uneven, and missing in spots. They also busted the door lock but I went to Hippo and they fixed that. I would avoid this store for repairs if i were you because they do the worst work I've ever encountered and don't stand behind it either.
