I then showed him some additional work we wanted done - the master bath tub had a leaking faucet and we also wanted shutoff valves installed on both the hot and cold lines behind the service panel. (The prior job had taken longer than expected). He contacted me when he was on his way to be sure I was there to let him into the cellar.
