They will lie about anything. I don't know how Genesis can hire people or train people to work at this dealer, you get better service at a used car lot, I would never purchase or lease another car from this dealer ant tell all my friends to stay away from this dealer.

Over 90 minutes fudging numbers and circle jerking. I walked in, immediately, the old-fashioned sales pitch was in rare form, easily recognizable, and sad. I was greeted, educated somewhat on the two vehicles I came in to see, told the salesman exactly what I had to spend out of pocket, and to run numbers for me. Oh, let the games begin. Amateurs. It's said that ignorance is bliss, and if anyone left here a happy customer, I rest my case. Sadly, truly sadly, this was old school "moving numbers around". The first presentation was predictable. Three different lease numbers with three different down payments. Then the "where do you want to be", and " I want to earn your business, what can I do?" "I want to make you happy; I want you to come back in three years", on and on. Ugh! It's as if I walked in and didn't say, this is how much I have out of pocket, blah blah blah, fast talking nonsense. The may have seen the movie "Suckers" more than once. I'm going to stop now because I can write so much more about their antics, so I'll leave you with this. When they grow up and realize that there are some of us that understand numbers, they may earn another star, until then, buyer beware, they're going to make maximum profit on you, shake your hand and be your friend, and as you drive off the lot with a big smile and that "great deal" you think you got, they will sleep well that night, business as usual, another group of suckers will be back tomorrow.

On Wednesday of last week my wife and I went to this dealership based on an online ad. Zero dollars…read moredown. That is nothing but a farce to get you into the store. We met Erick the salesman and George the manager. We haggled back and forth but they came up with a vehicle we liked at a price we liked but they didn't have the vehicle. It was in NJ and we would get it Saturday. I asked Erick if it was financed through GM and he said yes. The finance lady Gabby came by to say hello and said we won't be there long on Saturday. And I confirmed with her the numbers wouldn't change. (Which means to us that we are already approved.). On Saturday I called my insurance company and removed our prior vehicle and added our new one. Erick called and asked me for the insurance information and I told him I called and I have the card. He asked me to email it to him. Which I did almost immediately. Saturday evening at the dealership Erick asks me for the insurance binder. I give it to him and the leasing company is incorrect. I had GM listed as I was told. They get it straightened out. (We were also delayed an additional 15-20 minutes because we didn't have the old registration with us). After almost 2 1/2 hours we are finally out of there. Sunday night I install the my Chevy app so I can start the car with my phone. It doesn't work. Monday I was working so I couldn't get over to the dealer. I swing by Tuesday after work and George gives me the number to the "connectivity people". The connectivity people ended being OnStar. The idiot Liz on the phone confirms the VIN number with me. She was no help. I hung up with her called someone else at Onstar who was no help who also confirms VIN. A supervisor at OnStar also confirmed the VIN. I am told it could take 5 days to fix the problem. The next day (Wednesday) I go back to see Erick and George and ask for help. Basically I am told by George more then Erick there is nothing wrong with the car it's a problem with the app or my phone. I said I purchase this car with the feature of remote start with my perfectly working phone and I'm paying good money for the vehicle. George says I gave you a great deal and nothing wrong with the car and why am I getting so upset and the problem could be with my phone. Yes I was very agitated. I walk out in a huff and I called Chevy Corporate office who connects me back to OnStar she was useless so I hung up. I walked into the service department and get appointment for today. At service department I found out George was right there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. The problem was with him and/or Erick or both. They gave OnStar the incorrect VIN number. Service and OnStar said that the sales department is responsible for inputting the VIN number into ONStar. All Erick and George wanted was the sale. After that they couldn't care less about me. They are both great bullshit artists. Also my wife checked her credit report. They ran her credit on Wednesday. Told us we are approved then had two more financial intuitions run her credit on Saturday without informing us. I believe that's illegal. I am tech savvy. I am not an idiot I know to work my phone and an App I am hoping Chevy Corporate sees this review. But I will be sending a similar letter to corporate. The photo below is a screenshot of My Chevy app showing two 2025 Trax. I only own one.

**WARNING: THIS REVIEW IS LONG BUT DEFINITELY WORTH READING**…read more I had an excellent experience working with Tricia D., Product Specialist at Advantage Hyundai, and I highly recommend her. From start to finish, she was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, making sure I understood everything. I never felt pressured to make a purchase at any point, which I truly appreciated. Although there was a delay in receiving my car, due to circumstances beyond Tricia's and the dealership's control, she maintained consistent communication and kept me well informed throughout the delivery process. Other members of the team I would like to acknowledge are Maria and Willie. Maria, sales receptionist, was welcoming, friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. Willie, in the finance department, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient as he explained everything in detail while completing the paperwork for my purchase (financing, payments, warranties, etc.). On a personal note, this Hyundai Tucson purchase was very special and significant to me. It was the vehicle my husband of 31 years and I had intended to buy together before his sudden and unexpected death nearly four months ago. With this in mind, Tricia approached me with compassion, understanding and sensitivity. The experience went far beyond a sale or transaction as I felt acknowledged, respected and genuinely cared for. I am sincerely grateful. Tricia, thank you for making my new car purchase such a positive experience during a very difficult time in my life. I LOVE my new 2026 Tucson Limited and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRICIA AND THE ADVANTAGE HYUNDAI TEAM!

They sold me a BMW X5, 6 months ago, and I am still waiting for them to give me the title. After an exhausting amount of calls, letters and emails and showing up at UEA's office, Anthony and Sara Deo, owners, agreed to and promised to give me a refund two months ago but failed to do so. They have only given me the run around and only contacted me after I posted a review of them. They demanded that I remove the post, followed by menacing calls from their employee, Richard Toporek. As a result, I contacted Nassau County Police who visited UEA and were met by an armed security guard and employee, Richard Toporek, which resulted in a police report. The owners, Anthony and Sara Deo are MIA and don't take responsibilities for this dealership and their employees' actions. I am now forced to hire an lawyer to file a suit against UEA and contacted the NYS DMV for assistance. This has been a nightmare with UEA. Unethical owners, employees and business practices.
