As a Yelp elite, I almost always make sure to look at reviews in advance for any business that I…read morevisit, but because I was looking for a Chevy dealership, I simply went with what was closest to me, and I'm glad I did, as I'm seeing a ton of bad reviews but had experienced quite differently today! I had an appointment at 9 AM for an oil change, but also needed them to look into a brake squeak that's been happening for a few years now - it was a squeak that previous mechanics I've used were not able to figure out, so I had wanted to try my luck at an actual Chevy dealership. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Gloria, who was extremely friendly, and made my experience wonderful, so I need to shout her out! My car was ready around 5 PM, and upon picking it up, I did not find that I was overcharged like some of the comments I've read. Gloria had let me know that they were able to fix my squeaky brakes which was amazing, and for around $400 between an oil change, tire rotation, and a brake pad fix, that definitely did not seem like it was breaking the bank.. Since visiting I have not as of yet heard any squeaks coming from my brakes , and overall had a great experience at this business. (thx Gloria, as well as the woman with the glasses and dark hair that I spoke with as I was paying!) - I would recommend and will be returning.

I brought my new car to the service department 3 months later for its first oil change today. Arrived shortly after 8 am. I was advised it would take about 1.5 hrs during write-up. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, it was done. For an oil change. The mechanic who drove it out told me the reason for the delay was because when he got the car, it was break time so it couldn't be worked on. I wonder how long was the break? Needless to say, I will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary. Horrible experience.

I want to speak to someone to get specifics about the service I need and the estimated cost. This dealership adds a surcharge to credit card payments and I would prefer to have enough cash when I pay the bill. I even tried their chat bot, but no one has contacted me. Not sure if this is another attempt to insert AI into their customer communication, but it's not making my life any easier.

During a phone conversation, Christina apparently believed I was on hold and made inappropriate comments that I was able to hear in full. Listening to those comments firsthand was shocking and incredibly unprofessional, and it left her with major egg on her face once she realized I had heard everything. I then attempted to seek assistance from George, but my concerns were not addressed, and I felt that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issues. To make matters worse, Anthony, the General Manager, attempted to smooth things over by providing information that I later found to be false rather than addressing my concerns honestly and transparently. Instead of taking accountability, I felt as though I was being told whatever was necessary to end the conversation. Purchasing a vehicle should be a respectful and straightforward experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made in communication, professionalism, and customer service

UPDATE REVIEW: the exceptional customer service at Grand Prix Subaru, continues......this time…read moreunder the tutelage of the current Service Manager, Richard Hines.....I most recently brought my car in for its regular 5000 mile interval oil change. At that time, I also requested that a NYS Inspection be done on my vehicle during this routine service visit. Not until I got home did I realize that the inspection of my vehicle was mistakenly not done. After this was brought to the attention of the new Service Manager, Richard Hines, he immediately went well above and beyond my expectations in attempting to rectify the innocent error in failing to inspect my vehicle, by offering to pick up my vehicle at my home and leave me a loaner vehicle until which time the inspection is completed......then returning my vehicle back to me at home while picking up the loaner....The offer made by Richard in rectifying the situation is a clear indication of his committed effort in providing the most exceptional of service to the customers have come to expect from Grand Prix Subaru....Such an effort should not only be recognized , but should be highly commended......Thank you , Richard......

STAY AWAY LOL I…read morecanceled a warranty on my vehicle (that was pushed by Adam Frania), and the refund was processed back in Jan. However, months later, the dealership has still not applied the refund to my loan account. When I contacted the warranty company, they confirmed that the claim is closed and that the dealership has already received the funds. Communication has been terrible. I've had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates, and even then, I've either been ignored or given vague responses with no real resolution. Antonio Salamone literally has no idea what's going on. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it involves a customer's finances. A reputable dealership should handle something like this promptly and transparently. If you're considering doing business here, I highly advise you to think twice. There are plenty of dealerships that actually respect their customers and handle transactions properly--this is not one of them. This was my first time purchasing a car and I 100% feel that they had taken advantage of me because of that. They did not explain the process out to me nor did they contact me AT ALL. Good Luck.

My 17-year-old saved up every penny to buy his first car; a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. As…read morehis parents, we were there to make sure he made a smart decision and didn't get taken advantage of. We walked in bracing for the usual dealer games, waiting for that gut-punch moment so many dealerships are famous for -- but it never came. Our salesman was straightforward. No pressure, no hidden fees, no push for an extended warranty, none of those costs quietly baked into the price that they conveniently forget to mention. We test drove it, fell in love, and drove it home that same day. For a kid who worked so hard for this moment, it was everything it should have been. A couple days later we hit a small snag, and my son was genuinely heartbroken. This was his baby, and he'd worked too hard for anything to go wrong. We reached out to the dealership ourselves, and that's when Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram really showed their true colors. Sean, the sales manager, jumped right into action and his communication was flawless throughout. Phil handled everything on the paperwork side seamlessly. My son ended up in a better place than where he started -- and his smile came right back. We cannot tell you what it means to finally find a place you can actually trust. Our son will always buy his cars here. So will we. And anytime we hear someone looking for a car or truck, we're sending them straight to Phil at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram.

I went to Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram ready to lease a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black Edition. I had already researched pricing, incentives and my trade value, and I made it clear from the beginning that I had a packed schedule. The first deal wasn't even close, so I thanked everyone and left. Later that day, I got a call saying the GM had approved a much better deal. I was asked to leave a $500 refundable deposit to hold everything for 72 hours, so I agreed. After checking my trade and calling my insurance company, the entire conversation changed. Suddenly I was told the deal needed to happen that night because of month-end timing, even though I had been told the deposit would protect the deal. I even offered to come back that evening, sign the paperwork and return another day to pick up the truck. My calls and texts weren't returned, I drove back to the dealership anyway, and then I was told the truck couldn't be obtained that night. Before leaving, I was promised a call the next day after they checked on the truck and incentives. That call never came. I eventually had to call them myself. To be fair, my deposit was refunded immediately, and I want to give the salesperson credit. He was polite, respectful and never tried to push me into a truck I didn't want. I don't believe he was the issue. My frustration is with the process. Every time I thought we had everything figured out, something changed. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like the goalposts just kept moving. I walked in ready to lease a truck and left wondering why buying a vehicle had to be so much more complicated than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication because I think it would make a big difference for future customers.
