There's virtually zero compassion for employees' lives outside of work, and no real willingness to work with part-time employees who have second jobs and must prioritize their primary employment. Flexibility is preached, but punished in practice. The result is a workplace where morale is low, turnover is high, and capable employees burn out quickly. None of this reflects a lack of effort from staff -- it reflects leadership that is disconnected, unresponsive, and ineffective. This store doesn't struggle because retail is hard.
