We made pit stop at Tree House brewing as we entered Cape Cod on a rainy dreary day…read more Location right on Town Neck beach and Scusset harbor. Parking is very tricky with about ten spots in front of brewery. Also town beach paid parking right next door. The place was bustling on both floors. The main floor set up for order pickups and merchandise. There was a small pizza place as well The tasting room is on the second floor with nice view of the beach and harbor. The brewery provides indoor & outdoor seating but inside was very tight on a rainy day. Standing room only for many patrons. Full selection of Tree House beers and canned cocktails. There is a steady rotation of excellent IPAs including Jjjulius on our visit.

The brewery is right on the beach, so you have stunning oceanfront views from basically every seat. There's a bunch of outdoor seating (which is kind of shaded, but was still sooo hot in July), a really cool tap room upstairs, and one of the best brewery merch stores I've seen on the ground floor. We visited on 4th of July weekend, so the minimal parking next the brewery was totally full. Luckily, there's an overflow lot with a shuttle van about 5 minutes down the road. It was pretty tricky to find however, so be sure to ask the staff in the on-site parking lot for specific directions if you need to get there. They serve all the same great beer you expect from Tree House, plus they have a nice little cocktail bar outside, so there's something for everyone. I really liked the Cape Hound and the Rum Punch. They also have great pizzas and lobster rolls, which are a bit pricey but worth the splurge in my opinion. You can also pick up cans to go here, and because Tree House doesn't distribute otherwise, that's a huge win for any locals in the area. Great spot to visit on your trip to Cape Cod. We'll be back!

The room was very clean. The sheets were super soft! The side tables are little tree ledges. which is very cute. The air conditioner is strong so it's perfect after a long day under the sun. The parking is free with a tag, which is a really nice complement to your stay. The ice machine was also very clean, which is a plus when you want to keep food cold at the beach. 3) All the staff we encountered were also very friendly. The staff is very accommodating and you can communicate with them via text. We enjoyed the fire pit or at least the sitting area almost every night. Probably the one thing that may be hard for light sleepers is you can occasionally hear doors close and some other noises from the street, so bring earplugs. But it is mostly quiet and different rooms may have different sound experiences. 4) Treehouse also has discounts to attractions and accommodations like bikes, beach towels, etc. The whale watching discount was great to have. Highly recommend this quaint lodge.

We sat at…read morethe inside bar due to the heat but I love sitting outside in the trees when it isn't over 100. Had a great time speaking to one of the employees on the history of the Cape area around the Bourne bridge and August Belmont who was a wealthy banker in the early 1900s that was responsible for the bridges and the Cape Cod Canal. We had such a great time that i didn't pay attention to the check when it was presented and just signed it.. When we were reviewing the text receipt after we were home, we realized we were inadvertently charged for things that we didn't have - my bad for not reviewing when we were in the bar. I called Naukabout and spoke to Paul, explained what happened, and he graciously agreed to correct it. While it was their mistake it was also my mistake and I was so pleased with how they resolved it when I contacted them. Another reason I never go to the Cape without stopping here

A full food menu is also available. Three years ago we stopped here enroute to Ptown to check out their lactose (milkshake) beers. They were unique and delicious. This year there was just one, the Creamsicle, and it is a delicious beer. I also enjoyed the Sumner Ale, and had the Irish stout before. There is plenty of seating, inside and out. Naukabout is a nice place to enjoy beer and food.

We were a week after the Hydrangea Festival ended and while the flowers don't just disappear, they were not all as vibrant as I'm sure they had been two weeks prior. I love hydrangeas and have several types growing on my property so it was great to be able to see other varieties and colors. I had no idea this type of acreage existed on the cape- (you mean it's NOT all ice cream and traffic?!) The gardens were exquisite. I was told that they are all maintained by volunteers! We saw no maintenance or staff doing anything other than helping guests enjoy their visit. The new children's area was fun for 50-somethings and 70-somethings in our crew. There is a school on the property and I cannot imagine a more fun way to learn in nature! The carousel was a hit, as was the automobile museum in a gorgeous building. The exhibit about cranberry bogs and the wetu on site paid appropriate homage to the Indigenous People in this region. If you have the time, this is a must-see on the Cape. While there is a lot of walking involved, the property has electric golf cart vehicles that can transport visitors around the property. I would definitely return!
