After getting screwed over by Safelite, I called Action Glass. They booked me in for a week later. Price quoted was reasonable. Day of, the guy shows up and we realize the wrong windshield had been ordered. Miscommunication on the phone, I misunderstood a question the receptionist asked about my car model. But it turned out that they had the right one in stock, a miracle for a Smart Car! They had the new one driven over quickly and finished up the replacement. I fear body shops and car repair places just as most people do bc you never know if you are getting screwed over. Action glass is great, local, family owned, and honest! I called them following my car getting broken into, my rear left window was smashed to pieces. They got me in same day and I think that is rare fyi. It was completed in like 40 mins! In addition to fixing the window, they cleaned all the broken glass out!! :0 I had no idea they'd do that for me and was very stressed on how I was going to get it all how. What a relief! Terrific customer service! It started with a phone call to Debbie, the office manager. I needed to get an estimate for replacement of a large cracked window in our house. She said she could have someone come by the next morning and I said that would be fine. A short time later, she called back and asked if someone could come by that evening, and I said that would be better. Don showed up about 4:30 and quickly did measurements and said Debbie would call me with dollar figures the next day. When I got the numbers from her, I went ahead and placed the order for replacement glass partially covered by insurance and additional side windows that would open so we could ventilation through the house. Debbie said it would take about 3 weeks for the windows to be manufactured, and I didn't have a problem with that. Debbie called in a couple of weeks to schedule installation and indicated it would take about 3 to 4 hours to do. Don arrived on the date and time we'd set, and he and his son started the installation. It did take about 4 hours, and I'm extremely pleased with the result. Don and his son are very professional and they cleaned up after themselves well, and Don even replaced the potted plants that had to be removed for them to do their work. Action Glass installed my windshield and did a spectacular job. The entire process from my insurance company to actually getting the windshield installed went smoothly and quite professionally. The gals in the office were so helpful and extremely understanding! Not to mention friendly installers who do quality work and are actually quite speedy! The entire installation didn't last longer than 45 minutes! Definitely would choose this glass shop 10/10 times if I ever needed any other glass work completed! (hopefully, I won't.) I rarely do yelp reviews but I just used this company to fix two of my windshield, one on each of my family cars. From the very first call they were so professional and actually had wonderful customer service. They contacted my insurance and arranged everything. Furthermore, I first noticed a slight whistling sound in my window after the new glass was installed. I called them and they immediately came back out and fixed it. My insurance gave me 3 companies to call and I chose Action Glass. Their website said they were in business since 1991, they are a local shop who's motto was "Service is the Difference". Everyone who reviewed them on Yelp had good things to say. My instinct told me they would be the best choice so I called and they were able to replace my windshield the next day. This is my First ever review I'am writing for any company. I usually try not to write anything negative but It just cant be ignored. I took My Porsche 911 Turbo to these guys to install my windshield after another company couldn't install it right. When action glass first installed new glass with new seal which was attempt 1 I picked it up and it was worst then the first company. Second attempt was better but okay not great and they damaged the inside and outside of my car. They took care of some of the damages but overall bad quality work and bad service. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Have been dealing with this for the past month. I hate to write this but Its the fact. read more

My State Farm agent told me that Action Glass would be a good solution for a vandalized window in my car. The damage was expected to be lower than my deductible and therefore going directly to a glass shop rather than use a body shop as a middleman saved me money and time. Even better, Action Glass came to my home to perform the repair which took about 45 minutes start to finish. Setting up the appointment and getting a price quote took less than 15 minutes. It took a day to order the necessary replacement window. Don, the owner did the work himself. He was friendly, answered all of my questions and did a top-notch job. Action Glass repaired a spider crack in the windshield of our '16 Toyota that was very small. Two weeks later it was back. They were very good about the appointment schedule. They had been recommended by our State Farm agent. I called them and made the error of saying it was a do over on the phone message. They didn't call back. I phoned again a couple of months later. Same result. I phoned at the end of the year thinking that a further charge would be under the same deductible. No return call. I hope they were out of business. read more

I usually don't give out 5 stars but this place rocks. I called and made an appointment for the next day to get my Volvo 945's windshield replaced because it had a crack about 12-16 inches long from the passenger side and started to get to the drivers side. The next day Khoi called me for an earlier appointment and I said sure. When I got there Khoi was waiting for me and took the car into his shop and said he will be done in 60-90 minutes. I went into the office to pay and had a nice conversation with the two receptionist that kept me entertained for 15 minute with their conversations. Khoi even kept me aware of the progress as I waited and I took a small walk down the street and when I came back 10 minutes later the job was done! Very quick and very courteous. I Highly recommend this place to get your windshield replaced and they even will come to your house to install the windshield for the same price. How about that. House calls!!!! read more
