(fingers crossed) Pre-delivery: Noticing that a direct signature will be required, I hop on to the FedEx app requesting a hold at this location. Within 10 minutes, I notice a voicemail from this location that they're expecting a shipment, delivery date will be updated soon, and that there's a 5 day hold period before the package will get sent back to the sender. Pickup: Super smooth, friendly and so quick! If you have the FedEx app, I strongly recommend checking it for a pickup QR code. I showed my ID, signed, and within a couple of minutes was on my way -- there are even hand carts near the entrance of the store so you can easily carry multiple packages. I have a mail box there as I travel quite a bit and find it very useful. My mail tended to pile up in my home mailbox and I'd lost some important mail. Having the box which is available 24/7 is a good way of safeguarding my mail. While I can't say they run a copy center there, it is a good place to make one or two copies of things, to ship parcels from and handle the basic home style features those of us who dont work need infrequently. The owner and workers are always helpful-I'd noticed that a weekly newspaper I receive was getting ripped and asked them to hold it out of my box instead of stuffing it in-and they were happy to do it. These guys work hard to have a pleasant place where I can send a fax, make a copy and ship packages. Thats their job-it's what they do and they do it nicely.
