I would leave 0 stars if possible. This company is run by horrible drivers and even more horrible management. One of their "drivers", Daniel Morales, hit me car as i was stopped on Del Mar and San Gabriel Blvd in Pasadena. Not much damage really, left marks on my bumper, but nothing too expensive to fix. Well, this ass hat had the audacity to say there was no damage when there clearly was, and then REFUSED to provide ID, Insurance, and registration. O needed to call Police to get the information, to which his insurance was not even up to date. Filed a claim, and now they are DENYING that their incompetent driver had hit me. WTF?!?!?!? When i called tp speak to a manager, I ended up speaking to another incompetent employee of this crooked company. My cousins Porsche was leaking coolant and the car was basically heating up every time I started it up. Not knowing I could call Porsche for a free tow I decided to call Action Towing...worst idea ever. Although they gave me an estimate pretty quickly and arrived quickly, the guy who came to help me was really no help at all. It seemed he wanted to get this over with asap. First, he expected me to drive the damn car up the ramp - and I was terrified...half way up I asked if he could do it. Every word that came out of his mouth was a mutter so I kept asking what he said and every time I did that he seemed frustrated. Once we arrived to the Porsche dealership, he called me to ask me to hurry up... like I was taking my sweet time to walk through the dealership. But the thing was he didn't even bother to ask anyone at the dealership where to park the Porsche!! Instead he just dropped it off at the middle of their driveway... AT THE WRONG PART OF THE DEALERSHIP. One of the nice salesman helped me move the car to the correct spot! How frustrating!!! Cost me $95 and I'm glad I didn't tip the guy! These guys were sent to my house when I had a dead battery and I knew I needed a new one, they came and brought me a new one installed and everything I said "good thing I have AAA", then the person that installed my battery tells me there is a $30 labor charge for battery installation I called the tow yard where he was sent from he said that it is what they charge, I understand you guys are doing your job but $30 labor to install a new battery is insane. read more

I don't know why AAA has contract with these thieves and con artists. 1- they are late way too late. 2-the guy who called himself as Lima he is one lying SOB Iranian M-Fucker that try to sale me a battery that my car didn't need. I called AAA for simple jump start my vehicle that was sitting for 1 week and the battery was too low to start the car. After an hour twenty min mr A-hole arrived. No sorry for been late and anything just got to work. I'm sitting in the vehicle waiting for him to connect the jumper so I start the vehicle and i can see from under the gap of the hood what's his doing. He connected the negative wire and also connected the positive to the plastic part of the battery terminal as he wants to show that he has it connected and asked me start and i can see what's he up to. I try to start before i know what's going on so he comes to the window and said the battery is bad and I have to replace the battery and right away he goes to see if he has the battery. While his looking for the battery I locked at the connection of the jumper and saw what's he up to. So I connected the positive terminal to the battery and started my vehicle. He came to me and said what did you do,so I explained to him about the connection and advice him to stop been a crook to people not everyone are as dumb as he think he lost the color of his face and was as pale as white and didn't even apologize about the it. On our way to LA for a trade show, we had a flat tire. We were able to get off the freeway and to a business. I called AAA and was told the driver would be there in 30 min. James, the driver, arrived early. He was super helpful and accommodated all of our issues with a smile on his face and some good music on the radio. Our issue turned out to be greater than we thought. James left us at the dealer and went on to another call. Little did I know that I had left my cell phone on his seat. When I realized what had happened, I call my number, James answered, and said he would be right there with my phone. I would says that James went above and beyond the call of duty!!! My car presented a mystery -- the lights, locks, and radio worked but there was no response from the starter. Turn the key and nothing at all. Completely dead, though it had been working fine just a day ago. Action Towing came promptly and tried a battery boost and other possible fixes. Nothing. I discussed it with the dealer who thought it might be a failed starter electronic module or modules. Sounded expensive. I would have to have the car towed to the dealer for an analysis but, with no response from the key, the locked steering wheel and unmovable gear shift set in Park, it promised to be a difficult tow on dollies. Action gathered the equipment to do the tow but did not give up on a simple fix. It tried one final time to get the car running, focusing on a different potential source of the problem. This time it worked. The car returned to life and made it to the dealer on its own. Everyone who came from Action were professional, polite, helpful, and friendly and seemed intent on finding the best solution for the customer. No one wants to need a tow, but if the worst happens again, I won't hesitate to call Action Towing. Their slogan is "Totally Satisfied". Yep, it's not just words. They meant it. read more
