When I contacted Amy about the palm tree leaves hanging down and a bunch of branches left on my neighbor's driveway, she texted that she'd get back to me about coming back out. That was a nearly a week ago. I've tried to contact her multiple times but get no response. Why would a business not even respond with "we're still working on it" instead of radio silence? Seems they're just unorganized or don't care about repeat customers. I also paid for them to trim a tree that was hanging the fence onto my neighbor's property. They trimmed the tree but left a big pile of branches on my neighbor's driveway. I used them in the past and Amy and Cody were friendly which is why I didn't mind when they had to reschedule the day of because their tree guy flaked (2 years ago) or when they didn't return my message to schedule service (last year and I ended up using another company). 3 strikes and you're out! Update: Funny how they responded to my review on Yelp within one hour but don't have the basic decency to respond to my multiple messages asking for an update to fix their work.

During the job, the company damaged my gate and fence, landscaping bushes, and the concrete border along my driveway. Claude informed my husband that the gate had been damaged, which he later described as "taking responsibility," but there was no actual effort made to coordinate repairs or resolve the issue afterward. I had to repeatedly follow up for more than a week just to get movement toward addressing the damage. When I requested that the gate be properly repaired or replaced, I was repeatedly told I was being unreasonable for expecting the contractor to pay for damage caused during the work. I requested the company's insurance information multiple times so the matter could be handled properly, but that information was never provided despite the company website stating that the business is insured. Instead, I was pressured to accept inadequate solutions, including replacing the damaged gate with used materials. I also had to obtain my own estimates and manage the repair process myself. I was also told that if he properly repaired the damage, he would not make money on the job. At one point, he also "joked" that he would waive the undisclosed $200 processing fee to help offset the approximately $4,000 gate replacement his company caused. In addition to the property damage issues, debris was left behind in the yard for us to clean up ourselves. Although partial payment was eventually provided toward replacement of the gate and fence, the process required extensive follow-up and unnecessary conflict to reach even that point. If you hire this company, understand that you may also be responsible for managing and fighting through the repair process if their equipment damages your property.

They over charge for work not done, done poorly, and they don't keep their word. My sister is elderly, but she used them before her stroke. I asked them to call me and don't speak to her.
