It honestly feels like stepping back into the 1990s when dealerships truly cared about the customer experience instead of just pushing people through the system. Everything felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely professional. You can tell the staff takes pride in the place. If I lived in Jacksonville, I would absolutely buy a Mercedes just so I could have this dealership service it. That says a lot. We will see how the repairs go :)

The one disappointment I've had is that they delivered a$100,000 car to me with almost no gas in the tank. They picked the car up to do take care of one last issue and dropped off a loaner. I took their loaner to them and picked up my car my car which again had less than a quarter tank of gas. Really cheesy performance and after buying many MB's and Porsches it was the worst caring delivery of a new car in my life! The best dealer delivery of Porsches and MB's in Florida was at Champion Porsche and Champion MB. They made the delivery and every subsequent service visit personalized with personal attention. Mercedes of Jacksonville could learn a lot from Champion Mercedes or Champion Porsche. They made me feel like a King with every car delivered and with every service visit. With MB of Jacksonville I was treated like just another guy. Ho Hum MB of Jacksonville has a lot to learn about personal attention and building customer loyalty which are the keys to ultimate success. The salesman Sal called to check on me. Said he would go to service and get back to me. That was last week. Nothing from Sal. In 2 years when I buy a new one I will go to another city if I must. I will not be stupid enough to subject myself to inferior care again

I stopped by on my way home from work with no appointment and a very nice woman took it back so the technicians could get an idea of what was happening and I could schedule an appointment. Turns out it was a super quick fix and they just took care of it real quick and then sent me on my way! The service bay was packed -- oil changes, tire rotations, and complimentary washes galore. My visit took about three hours, which gave me time to soak in the atmosphere. Though I signed up for text updates and didn't receive any, the service advisor I met was kind, and other staff were happy to assist when asked. A delightful surprise was the complimentary breakfast and lunch. Most guests enjoyed breakfast, but I opted for lunch -- a chicken salad deluxe sandwich that was genuinely tasty. It felt festive to see people dining while their cars were being washed, almost like a little community gathering. The culture here is unique: a mix of car care, casual dining, and friendly faces. No one pressured me to buy a vehicle, though one enthusiastic lady did make the rounds selling candy while her car was being washed -- adding to the quirky charm of the day. They even offer coupons, and my consultant was happy to look online for me. Outside, a small group gathered for a smoke break, while inside, the vibe was bustling yet cheerful. Overall, it felt like a holiday scene -- crowded, lively, and full of little surprises. A dealership with its own personality, where service meets community.

    I have purchased four KIAs since 2000.I've always had great service. Recently there was a recall…read moreabout my trunk light, and I took it to be repaired. I was told that my indicator and brake light was not working. I took my car to KIA and the service manager Tom, stated gleefully that it would cost around $275 for the mechanic to check my car, and this would mean if the repair cost $500.00 it would automatically cost $775. for the repair. I called KIA headquarters, and they stated if that's what they told you then they were correct. I have been a loyal customer and only was 1.000 miles over 50.000 miles. As a matter of fact, I don't know how long my taillight was out. I don't know any other dealer service that would charge that amount to just look at your car. I have been told there was a charge sometime to look at my vehicle, but it was taken off of the final charge if the work was done at KIA. Toyota and Hyundai still have the same policy and my next car most definitely won't be a KIA. I always boasted about KIA, since 2000, when KIA was unknown. Never again. I bought a Kia Soul…read morehere about a year ago and have been back in forth to the shop probably 3-4 times about the tires leaking air, they leak tested the tires two times and found nothing but miraculously on the 3rd visit they found metal in all 4 tires. I have no understanding as to why now there is metal in these tires when the first 2 tests they found nothing. They have very unprofessional service technicians that obviously do not know what they are doing. Never buy a vehicle from this place. And NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!

I've worked with her in the past for service and repairs, and the experience I had last week was definitely an outlier compared to the care she provides. ​Ashley has truly repaired the relationship between myself and Coggin Ford. I hope her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service skills can be used as a standard for the rest of the service department Since everything is fully resolved, I am updating my review to reflect the outstanding job she did in rectifying the situation. Thank you Ashley!!!! -----------------------------‐------------------- Original review I've been a loyal Ford customer for years and have leased and purchased multiple Ford vehicles in the past and currently. Unfortunately, my experience with Coggin Ford has been the worst customer service and warranty experience I've ever had. I own a 2021 Ford Explorer that had a major sunroof issue about two years ago. I paid roughly $2,000 out of pocket to have the entire sunroof unit replaced. Since that replacement, it's been one issue after another--ranging from minor mistakes to major, costly problems. First, the wind deflector was never reinstalled after the replacement. They eventually "found" it two days later and installed it. Then, rainwater began collecting inside the sunroof area because the drainage was never opened properly during installation. The final and most serious issue was when the sunroof mechanism went off track, causing the fabric to get stuck in the rails. Despite this clearly being related to the replacement work, this major repair was not covered under warranty and cost me another $1,000. On top of that: - No loaner or rental car was provided - Repairs took almost 10 days - I received zero proactive updates--no calls, texts, or emails - I had to constantly call just to get basic information To top it all off, when my vehicle was finally repaired at 8:00 AM, no one bothered to notify me. I called around 6:00 PM for an update and was told, "Your car has been ready since this morning, but we close at 7:00 PM, so you need to get here before then if you want it today." Outstanding "world-class" service... not. Thanks, Coggin Ford, for the frustration, unnecessary charges, and complete lack of customer care. I will never return for service or purchase another vehicle here again.

They were much more responsive than the other area Ford dealers. While not dealing with me on the price cost them 1 star, I felt they did a really good job.
