I went to sell my jewelry there, and I found that koto the owner was very all right, nice. I found him to be very upfront and honest and ethical. His son was also there and very pleasant, and he came and offered me a danish. Koko was extremely informative, and he explained every step of all my jewelry checked it all out and I had a variety of gold. I had a few loose diamonds. He showed me how to tell if a diamond is good or not. And that really opened my eyes. To the loose diamonds that I had, they were not very good quality at all. I learned a lot from him and it was very eye opening. He checked out everything in front of me and showed me how you can tell if something is either 18, 14, or 10karat gold. That was very interesting as well. I loved his attitude and humor and the fact that it is a family run business. It really was a factor and his honesty. He gave me the best price for my gold around. I received excellent customer service from with Mr. Coco! I took a necklace with a broken lobster claw clasp, but given that clasp has stones I did not want for it to be replaced. Mr. Coco did his magic and fixed a broken spring in the clasp within a few hours! This was the first time I had ever had a piece if jewelry fixed, so I am not too familiar with typical cost, however for the meticulous job it was required I believe the price was very reasonable. I originally came in to fix my mother's broken necklace chain last month. I was greeted by Vatche and Koko. They are amazing-- they were able to fix the necklace the very same day. While I was waiting at the store, I was roaming around checking out wedding bands as I recently got engaged and married this year.
