BUYER BEWARE!!! Our…read moreson purchased an exhaust system and took it to MBS to install. He paid $361.00 for the "service". The next week he took his car to our mechanic to have new break pads installed. Our mechanic informed us the exhaust system was not only installed incorrectly but it also had a leak. He fixed the problem immediately. Upon his repairs, our son's car sounded like a completely different car; the way it was intended on sounding. We returned to MBS to see how they planned to make this dillema right. They looked over the vehicle and all they really cared about was why we didn't bring it back to them to fix. REALLY?? If you couldn't install it correctly the first time why we would we trust you to install it the 2nd time. Remember we are disputing service here NOT goods. Goods are returnable, services are only as good as your word, which in this case is not existent. One of their employees even had the gall to say an exhasust leak isn't dangerous nor flammable. Apparently she's had a bit of CO poisoning! That's when I knew we weren't dealing with a business or individuals that knew what they were doing. We won't be returning to MBS and will be sure to spread the word to our immediate and extended family and friends the same advice.

I took my vehicle into JCC to diagnose an electrical issue. My guess was the alternator - and sure…read moreenough, the alternator was the culprit. An expensive but needed repair, so I agreed. But this is what blew me away. Not the alternator, but replacing the engine-cover plastic clips that were missing before I brought my Rav in. Did they have to do that, of course not. Did they charge me? No. Did they mention them? No. That got me thinking of the time before I brought my 2008 in. Although they addressed the light configuration on the dash as planned, I believe they also addressed replacing batteries on my TPS sensor system for the tires. Again, did they charge me. No. Did they tell me? No. Conjecture on my part - as this light hasn't come on for the last several thousand miles; but I believe they replaced the batteries to quietly show off their exemplary service. Without saying a word. To say that they've earned my loyalty is an understatement. I wholeheartedly give my highest recommendation and respect to Japanese Car Care.

I must say the service was incredible! He fixed everything. My car is in better shape than it has ever been. No response except in person visit got a promise a manager would get back to me. They never have. This means i have to get 2 more tires elsewhere, and that the appx $800 I spent on the wrong tires was money wasted. Worst service ever. I'll never do business with them again unless they reach out and fix this. I strongly suggest you stay away from them.

I made an appointment to get the air-conditioning fixed after speaking with this business about…read morepricing, but they couldn't get me in for a week. Dropped it off first thing in the morning. I have an appointment time and after a couple hours just called to check in and say hey and what's going on with it and Lady told me that he was out getting a test drive.. I assumed at that point that the car was done and ready to be picked up so I proceeded back over to the shop. Upon arriving, I see the car parked in the back lot right up against a trashcan, pinning it against the building. It actually damaging the trash trashcan.. which means they don't take proper care of customer vehicles. At this point, I asked if it was ready to go and the lady said it actually never even was seen yet so I decided I was gonna drive back across town and come back later to pick it up. halfway home. I get a phone call letting me know that the service advisor person was gonna get on the phone with me and proceeded to tell me that the inspection was done. Everything was good. They just needed to do the Eva and refrigerant.. I asked well OK how much is it gonna be fingering it? The back is $30. The inspection is free. Refrigerant should only be a little bit so I still looking at probably 100 bucks or less.. the guy proceeds to tell me it'd be almost $300 which blew my mind. I said no thank you went back to pick up the car and I also asked the service manager lady upfront with the deal was because pricing was confirmed on the phone when I made the appointment a week prior as well as in the morning when I dropped the car off. I was told that it was a miscommunication on their end, which makes no sense to me because it's a pretty straightforward procedure and cost. The only variable is the amount of refrigerant put in the vehicle. I proceed to drive the car over and drop it off at big old tires and they did it for $150 total. As an added, plus this whole experience, I ended up ruining a nice shirt and getting grease all over my hands because they got greased all over the inside of my car and the steering wheel. Just had the car cleaned the day before. Just be beside myself!

She even mentioned a coffee shop & a bakery outlet near by. I had brought a book so I was good to go. Perry called me 45min later telling me I needed a pressure test on the AC system, quoted a price for the testing to troubleshoot. I agreed & waited. After they spent quite awhile on the vehicle charging the AC with a dye to check for leaks. Perry came out to inform me I had a leak down in the core areaof the engine. It was in a area that would require dropping the transmission & some other tight areas. He was honest and straightforward about how big this job. He was rock solid with the fact they were not equipped to do this job. His honesty was impressive. Even if they couldn't fix it he was able to make recommendations to who could & explained the cost. I noticed a lot of seniors using this place, even ask one gentleman about the place. He said "I have been coming here for 50yrs that says it all". Even though they didn't fit the AC I know what is wrong, price was less than a hundred for all the investigation to find the problem, & a solution was presented. I highly recommend this place
