The main priority was a leaking kitchen faucet, with a secondary issue of a broken garbage disposal. The garbage disposal had been broken for more than a year and we were used to living without it, our main concern was the leaking faucet and the corresponding water waste. The faucet leak was a fast fix, Victor was very efficient. The garbage disposal was considerably more complicated and took more time. I was hesitant to move forward with the work because, as I've said, we've already lived for a while without it and were used to simply not having one and I wasn't sure if the additional cost of parts and labor was worth it. Victor charged me for parts, but gave me a deal on his labor. He was a class act and a gentleman all the way. I paid with a credit card. My card payment was taken over the phone by one of their office staff, Wendy. Wendy was very professional and patient with me as I spelled my email for the receipt. I have a long email and spelling it out can be confusing. She took her time and read back to me what she had typed to make sure it was correct before completing the payment. The only reason this review is getting 4 stars instead of the full 5 is because of the OTHER receptionist from when I first tried to book an appointment for a quote and work. I emailed inquiring about a quote and was called back by Jennifer. I unfortunately missed the call and Jennifer had to leave a message. She identified the business, but didn't say her name. When she asked me to call her office back, she rambled off the phone number so fast it was nearly unintelligible. I had to replay the message three times before I could write it all down. This is BAD phone etiquette. When I called the number, it was not for a plumber, the phone number was for home health services. Obviously, the wrong number. I sent a second email explaining the miscommunication and Jennifer called back to tell me I was the one who got the number wrong. This is BAD customer relations. I have worked customer service, guest relations, and hospitality jobs my entire adult life. BASIC phone etiquette when giving a number, any number whether it be a phone number, address, date, etc., is to speak the numbers slowly and then repeat it. Jennifer did not do that. When a customer messages about a miscommunication you do not place blame on the customer. This is service 101. In our case, the plumber arrived and assisted me in shutting off the main waterline to the house. From there, he diagnosed that the repair would have to be to a fire sprinkler system, which would require a specialist with extra licensing. Because of this fire sprinkler requirement, unfortunately, he was unable to do the repair. However, I'm leaving a 5 star review for the team because not only were they proactive in coming by same-day to help, assisted me in shutting off the water and diagnosing the root cause, they demonstrated a tremendous level of ethics by honoring their word and not billing for the consultation, even though it could be argued that they provided more value than simply providing that consultation.

I called on Monday and was told 1/13 was the earliest they could come back. 3 weeks after the second visit, they suddenly emailed me an invoice, with no prior notice or explanation. When I questioned the charge, they sent me a photo of eggshells floating on top of the sink water and claimed that this was the reason the sink was clogged. I genuinely do not understand how eggshells floating above the water could have gone through the garbage disposal and caused a blockage. This explanation makes no sense. This was never explained during the visit even we were next to him. To make things worse, during the second visit the plumber caused a leak, and our building management had to fix it, not the plumbing company. They never mentioned anything about an additional bill even that time. They keep said it's not their fault. Poor service, poor communication, and poor management. I would not recommend this company.

It's too bad they had to bury their beautiful work. They promised one day of prep, one day of pipe pulling to replace my old clay pipe with new pipe, and one day for the city's inspection and their cleanup. Everything went according to plan, and I believe their price was reasonable. I waited for decades to take care of this problem because I thought that it would be enormously expensive to dig up the entire 30' from my house to the sidewalk. That would produce enough dirt to cover almost 1/2 of my front yard. I considered pipe lining, but I was concerned that I couldn't clear any future problems with a snake without damaging the lining. Instead of digging a major trench or lining the old drain, Mattucci dug a hole at each end of the old pipe and pulled the new pipe from hole to hole. The STD-17 pipe they used is both flexible for installation and very strong for a very long lifetime afterwards and no more roots. They discussed the plans ahead of time with the city senior inspector before beginning work, so there were no problems with the city permit or the final inspection. Tyler, Olsi and Matt had previously completed many pipe pulls similar to mine, so there were no hiccups or price increases. I was surprised how much effort they spent on the third day repacking the dirt and cleaning up their work. They had saved patches of grass before they initially dug the two holes and they put each patch back exactly where it came from. Except for the newly installed cleanouts, there was no sign of the extensive work they had performed during the previous three days. I was impressed and very happy with their work. For a complex job like this one, I would definitely go with Mattucci again.

On 3/18/24 I called Adeedo to fix a leaking main water line shutoff gate valve and when the technician arrived he saw that it was old and rusted and suggested I replace with a ball valve shutoff but also noticed the galvanized connections were going to be hard to get off so I said to just repack the valve because I did not want him breaking my main line and causing me a big problem. Then he tells me that Adeedo does not repair gate valves so I told him I had Adeedo repacked the valve about 8 years prior. He contacted his supervisor Maffyrn to come look at it. He arrives and said the same thing but then tells me he can reroute the shutoff and put a new ball valve shutoff the following day for $1000 and said he can do it without breaking my main waterline. He arrives the following morning and is struggling to get a fitting loose I tell him to be careful so not to break the water line but yet he still uses all his strength over and over again until he breaks my main line. Now I'm stuck with no water to the house. He calls his supervisor Efren to come who I work with 3 years ago on an over priced 32k sewer line job. He said all he could do was to run a complete waterline from the house to the curbside water meter and quoted me a flat rate price of 9k (after breaking my waterline). The morning of 3/21/24 only 1 person came to do the trenching and a lot of his time was spent sitting in his truck and he was here from 9-2 and did not complete the trenching which was only about 2 ft deep and approx. 14ft long. The next day 3/22/24 Friday morning 1 person came to finish the trenching and was trenching the wrong area and I had to tell him the other guy finished most of the trenching and all he had to do was three 4ft long horizontal bore holes under the sidewalks. The worker started working at 9:20 a.m. and went to lunch at 12:20pm and came back at 1:20pm and worked 1 more hour and left for the day at 2:20pm and all he finished in 4 hours was one 4ft long horizontal bore hole. I called Maffyrn and told him about the poor work habits of the person that came and he stated he would inform Efren. On Saturday 3/23/24 it rained so no work. On Monday, 3/25/24 three workers came and finished the remaining 2 horizontal bore holes and the waterline piping installation. The LADBS Inspection was scheduled for Thursday, 3/28/24 at 9:45am which I had to investigate myself because I received no follow-up from Adeedo and the inspector never showed up and I called Maffryn the next morning to get some information about when the inspection will take place and I also requested that someone come and tarp the piled up dirt in my front yard because of the rain forecasted for Saturday and Sunday and Maffyrn said someone would come and no one showed up and I never heard from Maffryn again. What seemed like a problem with no solution was fixed by Adeedo plumbing. After calling other companies and getting technicians set out only to charge me for the quote which was way too much for the minor repair that I needed to be done, I called Adeedo. The previous quotes for this issue that needed fixing were vastly more expensive than Adeedo charged me. The other companies spent 5 minutes in coming up with what seemed like a solution that was the best for them. On the other hand, when I called Adeedo I was greeted by a kind women on the phone who spent some time going over the problem at hand. She was quick to take notes and even offered some tips that fixed the plumping problem quickly. She set up a time for a technician to come to my house and see what was going on, free of charge. The man, Victor, arrived promptly and told me to rest assured that he was devoted to finding the BEST solution, not just the quickest for him and the most costly for the company. He spent a substantial amount of time investigating what was going on, when he came with me options. He clearly and effectively communicated that I had three options here. Option 1 a cheap repair that would fix the problem quickly. Option 2 a medium cost repair that would not only fix the problem, but also prevent it from occurring again by upgrading a part. Or, option 3, a complete replacement that would be costly, but would be simple enough and fix the solution. Although it was hard for me to pick which repair I wanted to commit to, Victor stood by and helped me decide talking about which would be the best. I was debating between the simple fix or the longterm fix both which he guaranteed would be repairs he and the company would support, I ended up choosing the simple repair. Victor pointed out to me that because I had never had plumbing problems before and that he could still fix it and support it, just not to the same degree that he would be able to with upgrading the equipment, it was the right way, and the CHEAP way. Victor told me the time it would take to fix and asked me questions about how I would prefer he work. He was working on the project shortly after, quietly, efficiently, and cleanly. Victor did the repair and showed he what he had done and how he knew that it would work. He also told me that at the time there was a discount for this repair and he would be glad to use it for the cost of the repair. All in all, Adeedo SAVED THE DAY and is the company that you wished you had been calling all along. The genuine care for their customers, in addition to their work ethic in doing the right thing, not just the costly thing for them, reinforces their image of one of the last honest family run companies. Today, I contacted Adeedo through my original Bill West contact number (apparently Adeedo bought out Bill West) and my experience was outstanding as it always was with Bill West. Some people feel they like smaller plumber companies better because they feel they get more personalized service and maybe better prices. But I feel I always get a fair price from Adeedo and the plumbers are always well trained and professional. This is why I actually like larger firms like Adeedo because if run properly, they train their people right, they set standards and procedures for their plumbers to work against, and they have the supporting staff to insure the optimal customer service experience. And when a company implements these processes and they do them right, and they value their customers, then you wind up with good customer experiences time and time again. So what do I like specifically about Adeedo as my "go to" plumbing company? First off, when I call them, I know I'll always reach someone because calls do (and should) go into the back office support staff. I can't tell you how many times in the past, I'd find a good, privately owned plumber and the not be able to reach him for days because he's on the job. And when these smaller plumbers were good, I was just one of many trying to get scheduled and it was often a week before I could get him out to my home. The second thing I like about Adeedo is that while you might find cheaper prices from someone else, with Adeedo, I know I'm getting an price that was defined by industry standards for parts and labor. I'm not getting a price that "Joe Plumber" decides that something may cost more today, because he thinks me or my wife might be willing to absorb more. Adeedo plumbers have pre-set prices for the most part, and when more than one job may be involved, they have a set standard for price reductions based on the efficiency levels gained by being able to complete multiple tasks in the same service call. The bottom line is that I know the price is fair and that there are standards in place for addressing multi-task service calls. The third thing I like about Adeedo is that they follow up with their customer. A back office rep will usually follow up with me by phone, and/or email, so I have the opportunity to discuss any concerns I may have. At this point, I'm just glad that I have a plumber that is my "go to" plumbing company now and that I can check plumbing off of my needs list for "go to" services. My wife called me the other day at work totally stressed. She told me that she did a load of laundry and was washing dishes and the bathtub filled up with water. I told her not to worry, it was probably just a clog. I was busy so I told her to call a plumber. A few hours later she called me even more stressed and told me that a plumber from Mike Diamond was at the house and that we had a major drain problem and that it was going to cost $12,000 dollars to fix. I asked her to put him on the phone and he started giving me this song and dance about how jacked up our drains were and how if we didn't replace these all the pipes under our house and the sewer drain in the yard we would have a major flood. Now, I have a pretty good bullsh*t meter and it started ringing like crazy. I told him to leave the estimate in writing for me so I could review it when I got home and that I wanted another estimate. When I said that he started pushing even harded. This guy wasn't a plumber he was a salesman. My coworker overheard my conversation and told me her father really liked her plumber so she called him up. Thank god he told me to call Adee Do. I called and scheduled for first thing the next day. When the technician from Adee Plumbing showed up he started investigating right away and asking my wife questions about what would happen when she ran water here and there and then he tested. While he was in the bathroom checking things out my wife told me that the other guy didn't do any of those things, he just told her he knew from experience that we had to replace the drains. Smell good crooks if you ask me. After about 5 or 10 minutes he told us we had a sewer stoppage somewhere right outside the house and that he needed to snake the main drain line. He showed us we had an access pipe in the front yard that he could clean the line from. He snaked the line for us and all was back to normal. He showed us some baby wipes that he pulled out and then told us that we would have more problems if we continued to flush baby wipes down the toilet but we should be fine if we stop doing that. Obviously we don't flush those anymore and obviously we will call Adee if we ever have another plumbing problem. read more

Let me start by saying I've used them for years ever since they took over for Fisher plumbing, and they've always done good work and at a very affordable price So they came out a month ago to snake my kitchen drain, and then at the same time they repaired a leaky pipe and did a good job Now about a month and a week later it's backed up again So I called up and they first tried to say they only give a 30-day warranty on their work but when I showed him it was just a week over they did agree to fix it under warranty So again happy with the customer service the manager did right Well the tech was supposed to be out between 9:00 and 11:00, I rescheduled my day, not only does he not show up they forgot to tell him He finally shows up at 1:30 and then he tried to charge me, and when I told him that this was already worked out with the office he got a big attitude and said well I'm going to have to go out to my truck and call, and he was out there for like 20 minutes, the manager told me that it was crystal clear on his notes that this was a warranty issue so he said this should not have been a surprise to him So in the meantime I called the manager to complain about this and he said let me take care of it The tech came in with a pissed off attitude just came in and did his little snake, did no extras and then when I tried to ask him, hey the pipe right next to it when it was backed up was leaking a little bit what would you charge to fix that All of a sudden his price was five to six times higher than what he charged me the first time he was out and I think it's cuz he's pissed off and just figure screw me so he's going to try to overcharge me So this is probably more about the tech than the company but I'm putting this on here cuz it's the quickest way to get the company to resolve this and maybe do the repair for the amount that they normally would charge not the rip off price and he was trying to give me or maybe I just have to find a new plumber in my area and just start using them instead I don't know read more

Upon arriving home I immediately smelled gas near my washer dryer area off the back porch. I called SoCal Gas to report & they set an emergency appt for my problem. The Gas company arrived & determined that the odor was coming from the gas line near the dryer and was leaking not only from underneath the house but in the wall between back porch to livingroom. The gas was immediately turned off & I was referred to call a plumbing company right away. With not knowing who or what plumber to call, my first thought was to look up in yellow pages for someone who performed same day repairs. I decided on Adeedo as when I called the Agent who answered was very willing to help with my concern & offered to have a Plumbing Tech out ASAP. The Tech arrived within a couple of hours & was Kyle who was very professional and after reviewing the gas company referral notice he immediately approached fixing my gas leak by crawling under the house and finding the flex line connection loose leading back into the house. He re-tightened it to the dryer plate which resolved the gas odors immediately. He was also able to correct a second issue where the water heater wasn't generating hot water. Kyle returned the next morning and was able to order the appropriate parts, go pick it up and replace a pilot light valve same day. This thorough diagnosis & action resulted in me getting hot water again and eliminate cold showers. Kyle is the consummate professional, very courteous and knowledgeable and I would request his services again if I encounter future plumbing & heating issues. I called Adeedo a couple of days ago to repair a toilet. They called me back to confirm the particulars. They asked me if I had a particular time that I would like someone to show up I told them that I had the full day off for them to pick the time for me and I will accommodate. They indicated that they would be at my home between 2 PM and 4 PM ..... they confirmed with a nice email .... later around 3pm, I got a call and was informed that the plumber was running late and they said they would call if something changed .... well it's 523pm and the plumber never showed and I received no call as of the writing of this note of disappointment. I've used Adeedo for 30 years and this is the first disappointing encounter........ UPDATE .... they just called ..... to say they were still coming!!! .....NOW, that's professional service......Latest update; Their technician appeared as promised, we discussed what was needed; HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE... not pushy and a very pleasant demeanor..... he installed 4 sets of bathroom faucet sets, repaired my Khorramshahr toilet, two rain water shower heads and replaced an outside water spicket......GREAT PRICE ..... FAIR PRICE!!!!! This is a good and honest business, no doubt about it. Kudos to Jim! From the very first moment I contacted them, they got back to me within an hour. Jack was the one who called me back and he wanted to talk to me to get a better idea of my situation. I was going out of town and asked if he could give me a call back after the Christmas holiday and he said he would do that. True enough, he called me back and was able to get me set up for a technician to come over. On the day of service, they called me to let me know when the technician would arrive. Jim arrived very soon after I got off the phone. He was very pleasant and down-to-earth person so we got along great. I explained my situation (I was not getting any hot water in the bathroom and shower) and wondered if the pipes needed to be completely flushed. He told me that the problem was more localized and had to do with the plumbing fixtures. Sure enough, after disconnecting some of the pipes we saw that it was full of gunk. He replaced the angle stop and went on to fix the shower hot water too. I was glad to pay the price he quoted me and even gave him a nice tip because he deserved it. After he was done, I showed him the estimate that I got from another plumber who wanted to charge me $3500!! Adeedoo came out for the third major job (they previously installed a pressure regulator and a new sink+garbage disposal) and did a fantastic job as before. Our 12yo water heater died, and Nico C came and recommended the proper size water heater for our house and suggested that we add a return line. Heriberto H and Moises V installed the water heater in one day and made sure everything was working before they left. Upon inspecting our underground pipes, Nico C also recommended that we proactively replace some worn out pipes that he showed us with videos and pictures. Heriberto H and Omar P worked tirelessly over a few days to install the return line and replace the old pipes. Each day they made sure everything was working properly and we had hot water before they left. They also cleaned up each day. Patrick M also came on the first day to assist. We are very happy with the new water heater, and the return line makes a huge difference in getting hot water to the bathrooms at the back of the house. We appreciate Nico C's recommendation for the return line and are happy that the old pipes have been replaced and we avoided any major problems in the future. We recently had a project completed by Adeedo at our house and we're very glad we chose them. What started out as minor bubbling and stoppages in our toilets, turned out to be some fairly extensive issues with our sewer line. It really was more of a construction project than simply a plumbing project and the crew from Adeedo treated it as such. Efren Fernandez and Sergio Mora were professional, courteous, thorough, willing to give in depth explanations when needed and ran a very tight crew. The work was estimated to take 4-5 days, but they were able to complete the work in 3 days, plus one day to backfill the holes in the backyard and one day for the concrete on the driveway to be repaired. Of the four other bids we got for this project, Adeedo was the only contractor willing to do the backfilling and concrete work as part of the job. The other contractors would have required that we brought in our own crew to complete those portions of the work. Adeedo also had the best and most extensive warranty of all the companies we got bids from. The toilets and sewer line are now functioning properly and we're very pleased with the end results. We will continue to use Adeedo for our plumbing needs as well as our HVAC maintenance. Thanks to Efren, Sergio and their crew for a job well done. read more

Back January 30th 2020, I had Adeedo, send out a tech to service our water heater and flush it. I paid for the Happy Home Club for $9.95. It has to be said that when the tech drained the water heater, he never flushed it, and the water heater was making noise, like sediment was stirring around in the water heater. I was extremely disappointed. I also had my AC serviced the same day and it was working when he left. We never turned it on until the other day, the tech came out on 6-5. Flipped the kill switch and the AC came on, as we'd had a power outage. He ran a bunch of tests on the inside all was well. Then the tech wanted to go outside and check things out. He disconnected the AC unit and then the AC would not turn back on, he did not after unplugging the unit, reset the circuit breaker when he tested the compressor? I understand the unit was older, but he had the cold air blowing until he messed with it and broke it. Then they wanted me to spend $17,000 to $30,000 for a new system- WTH! The guy we normally worked with Brian has left the company. I am highly disappointed- bottom line they are all about the money and making the sale. Since Brian left, who had integrity this company high DISAPPOINTS. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company to any one. read more

I have been a customer with AdeeDo approximately 9 years. This summer had a problem with the outside faucet and Water and Power had to turn the water off. The same day I called AdeeDo and explained the problem and they told me someone would be out within the hour. They were very prompt and Tyler was my technician. Tyler was very courteous and professional and in minutes the problem was solved. Last month I had another problem with the kitchen faucet and had to call AdeeDo again. This time my technician was Kyle O. I remembered Kyle from once before and told him that some years ago he was here for a problem I had. I explained to him that my kitchen faucet was not working. It was fixed in no time. This month I had to called AdeeDo again, no hot water. I requested Kyle and he was very prompt. He evaluated the situation and told me what part was needed. He called to locate the part and told me he would will be picking up the part and be out the next day between 9 and 9:30a.m. He was here on time. When the job was completed I was informed that I should have hot water within 45 minutes and I did. Kyle was very courteous and professional and he is a great asset to AdeeDo. When we had finally saved enough money to install heating and air conditioning in our home we had several companies come and give us estimates. ADEE's estimate was considerably lower than any other, almost 50% lower than one other company. When we called to accept their offer, they realized they had made an error in the estimate and were going to lose money by doing our installation. Nevertheless, Jack (the owner) said that they would honor the estimate and do a great job for us. They did! Jose got to work immediately and in the 7 or 8 days that he spent in our home, he practically became a part of our family. Our toddler was always excited to see Jose's van drive up. He worked hard in the brutal heat, scheduled times at our convenience and kept our home as clean as possible. When an electrician (from a different company doing a different job for us) accidentally stepped on a drainage pipe, Jose came from his home on a Sunday evening to fix a small leak that developed. He even fixed a piece of our crown molding that had fallen months previous. Just because! We love our air-conditioned home and are so grateful for the hard work and integrity they showed us. Adee to the rescue! I called at 10:30pm on a Tuesday night and the man I spoke with listened to my issues and was very educated on these types of matters unlike the 4 companies I called prior. He got me an appointment first thing the next morning. I couldn't be more thankful for the team that was sent out to help. Our home was built in 1929 and has 7 bathrooms. The problem was the main out drain to the sewer was backed up and cracked and leaking sewage under the house. It was a disaster that had been building up for years. Richie, Domingo and Efren came out to evaluate the situation and tell us what we had to do. They gave me quotes and different options to manage the situation. Richie helped describe and educate me on what was happening under my home. The next day the guys came out and even brought a 4th man to help, Charlie. They had to spend hours under the house to replace over 40ft of piping. They were extremely professional and got our plumping working like a charm. They went over and above to answer questions and fix anything that was not working- including a small unrelated issue that they were hired for. Jack Stephan (now Adeedo) has been my parents' plumbing vendor of choice for many decades. I also use Adeedo and have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Recently, all my drain pipes (vertical and horizontal) had to be replaced, along with the mainline drain. What started out as a frightening experience was made so much better by Efren and Kenyon and their crew. Efren patiently explained what had to be done in layman's terms, provided me with photos and videos of the problem areas, and worked within my schedule. In fact, they were done with the major portion of the job within TWO DAYS! Financially, this was a big hit. Efren worked with me until we arrived at an amount that we both felt comfortable with. Throughout the project, Kenyon reassured me with his calm and friendly demeanor, and his finished work product is excellent -- well-done, clean, neat. The crew that inserted the mainline drain were punctual, quick, and thorough. I am so impressed with everyone's performance, and I VERY HIGHLY recommend Efren, Kenyon, and their crew. It never is a good thing when you throw a party for family and friends, and someone anonymously throws up a private party of their own in your bathroom sink. I've called Adeedo in the past for other home repairs and maintenance, and they've never let my family down. This time around, I called Adeedo and they sent Eugene, a Plummer with a great heart, much knowledge, and an awesome sense of humor. Eugene fretted himself professionally and without hesitation went right to work on the train. He unclogged the drain, was able to turn up the water pressure for the faucets, and cleaned up any left over mess he found in the drain and on the sink itself. Eugene even had enough time during his work to share a few of his plumbing job experiences that were worse off than mine to ease my concerns about my own situation. His story was hilarious!!! He told it with such a relaxed facial expression because he's encountered so many strange and unusual plumbing jobs. He had me laughing so hard that I forgot he was even a hired plumber, and considered him a buddy having a good laugh with me. First of all it all started by me calling another company, they gave me a fair price maybe a decent standard price to repair a drain line ; so I went for it and gave them the go ahead . After two weeks later had the same problem, then I decided to call Adeedo . A very good looking tall handsome educated Plumber came to my house, I was surprised with his knowledge the way he explained things, I honestly thought I knew him for a long time. He gave me a few options , the way he explained things I was honestly imagining the work on my head, the way he explained every detail was amazing. I had no doubt and went ahead picked the best option for us and got the job done. He was checking with me like twice a day to make sure all was at my liking. I had many companies and plumbers at my house; but no one as amazing as this guy. I am so happy and I am not scare no more to have to call the plumber, I am confident Alfredo from Adeedo will get the job done right at the first time. Adee Do is awesome! In addition to the funky name (which I love) - they surpassed my expectations from the get-go! After a pipe burst inside my wall, I called them in a frazzled state. I was worried not only about the condition of my house, but also about how much it was going to cost to fix the situation. The dispatcher, Perry, was calm, helpful, well informed. The technician, Jim Morris, was there within an hour. Jim was/is amazing! He assessed the situation, gave me the details in an easy to understand manner, and gave me a reasonable quote. Not only did he do a great job - he finished quickly, was respectful, and he was clean. When I thanked him for not making a mess of the place (some technicians leave the place fixed but looking worse then when they arrived), he told me that he treats clients' homes as if they were his own. After he finished, he even got down on his hands and knees and wiped down the minor dust prints his shoes made on my kitchen floor. I would call him (and Adee Do) again in a heartbeat! Typically I am one of those people who writes reviews. Today, however, I wanted to write about Adeedo! Back a few months, with high water bills, I noted a leak on my side of the yard but close to the street. LaDWP service company said I had to to fix the problem. In desperation I was fortunate to call Adeedo and use my military discount. I was delighted to be greeted by a live person on the phone and within 3 hours Donne was at our house trouble shooting the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable , and very personable. He saved us from the need of replacing the entire piping system by going through the possible problems step by step and returning later in the day with the Service Technicianp that finally got us on track. The cost of the repairs was remarkably reasonable, especially given the amount of time Oscar the Tech spent working on the problem and obtaining the necessary replacement parts. My bill is now reasonale and Oscar made sure safety markers and the areas were good. I would definitely recommend Adeedo, and Oscar in particular, for anyone who is looking for punctual, honest and friendly service. read more

I recently had a major problem with the sewer line from the house to the city main under the street. For those of you who want to save A LOT OF MONEY, do what common sense tells us: keep the line free of roots by having a regular service plan. I didn't maintain the line as I should have on a regular basis and paid the price. When the line failed, I called Adee Plumbing and Heating and their excellent crew (Mas, Michael, Efron, Chris, Randy, Charlie and others) worked through a number of dead ends and alternative solutions as they tried to minimize the cost of the job. In the end, there was no other option but to dig up about a third of the line, including the portion under the street, to clear the twenty foot mass of roots in the last portion of the line. Adee's work was well organized, scheduled in an efficient manner and done to a high standard. They took care of all the necessary city permits and inspections and cleaned up the excavation area when their work was completed. All this was done at a fair and reasonable total cost. I would recommend them for any small or large plumbing job you need to deal with. read more

Their charges are $60,000 for a job that is worth $20,000 according to comparison prices. They are threatening to place a lien on her property and other aggressive tactics. A complaint was filed with the CA State Contractors License Bureau and they are investigating it. It's against CA law to overcharge an elderly person. They have been paid $20,000 and have turned over the billing to a collection company who are demanding around $450 a month payments. This company is NOT to be recommended.
