I hadn't realized this was a chain. I called up the place and the guy on the phone (who turned out to be one of the owners, Pine) told me it had just opened a week prior, so I decided to go anyway. Despite having waited a long time from negotiating prices until completion of tints (apparently their other tint guy took a last-minute day off), I am satisfied with their work. I was very hesitant the whole way because, again, of the lack of reviews, but took a leap of faith based on this being a reputable enough chain. Asked a lot of questions throughout and got suckered into getting all the windows done, even the back and rear which I hadn't planned to. The price I ended up paying was still more than I would've liked especially given that they haven't even had their grand opening yet. But I had a new car and decided to suck it up as a "Buy Once, Cry Once" sort of necessity. I am not a Car Guy™; my main concerns I wanted to address were heat rejection, UV protection, and privacy (or rather preemptive measures against theft, since my older car had been broken into), so I opted for their highest quality film. If you go now they will be willing to work out a deal with you. They told me grand opening is in April so I guess they're still in their soft opening phase. Just a word of caution--if your car has a lot of insulation uhhh... dots? on the windshield, you will run into adhesive issues because of the nature of the textured dots. I wish I had been told that from the get-go, since there is no way around it as I was told when I went back a few days later to get it smoothed out. But they all did their best to explain to me and smooth it out best they could. The brothers, Pine and Win, are extremely kind. I did not catch the name of the guy who did my tints but he did great work.

I know they do a lot of detailing and I just had my car detailed at the dealership and I was not happy. Next time I will just take it to Impero and get it over with. They also do car raps and I am pondering that, but need to save a little to pay for it. We have 3 cars and then their is my daughter's car. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

I had even started referring different friends to the business who also wanted to have work done on their cars. Sadly it didn't turn out this way, as I randomly got a text message on February 27, 2023 from his wife suddenly banning me from returning since apparently they had marital problems and decided to involve me in their personal lives. I was absolutely blindsided and quite frankly disappointed at how Alonso and the "co-owner" went about their issues. I wanted to let this go however since his team replaced my car's dash screen, CarPlay system, tinted my windows, the sound system has been absolute trash for taking calls. Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did. So l was left with an unusable phone audio system in my Mercedes that required an added expense since I clearly am "not welcome" to fix the crap they did to my car in the first place.
