Adios fajitas is like luxury fajitas, for good reason. The meat is extremely delicious, we usually get the quesadillas or the medium fajitas. The place is a small storefront with a walk up counter, everyone is super friendly as well. The biggest thing you'll hear is this place is expensive but it's well worth the price. The quesadilla is HUGE and comes with rice and beans. The medium plate is sufficient enough for 2.5 people and everything is fresh. Everything comes with hot salsa and fresh chips. The margaritas are a nice touch and come bottled for easier to go convenience. Overall this place is great for quality ingredients and well worth the expense! P.s. get the jalapeño ranch. read more

So I came to a party catered by Adios Fajitas and it was absolutely FANTASTIC!! First of all, the staff was so kind, and super attentive at the buffet. Second - the food?!?! BLEW ME AWAY!! You can tell they use the highest quality ingredients and everything was absolutely TOP TIER. The tortillas were so fresh and delicious. The creamy jalapeno sauce, guacamole, salsa, and queso were all PHENOMENAL as well. This was the perfect selection of dips for the thin, crispy, perfectly salted, chips! All of the proteins I tried (fajita steak and fajita chicken) were SO tender, well seasoned, and the ancho chili butter really set it all off!! I think my favorite snacks of the night were the empanadas and the beef picadillo tacos. The empanada crust was so flaky and buttery and the picadillo filling was so savory and absolutely PACKED with flavor! This is hands down the best Tex-Mex I've had in a LONG time! They need to bring a location to Frisco ASAP!! In the meantime, I'll just be counting down the days until I have an event that I can hire them to cater for. We gave adios fajitas a shot after I saw people compare it to Pappasitos, which is my favorite! We ordered the Medium combo fajitas that's supposed to feed 1-2 people. It's def not a lot of meat and was $40. So, depending on the appetite, I would probably order a larger size even for the cost to make sure you have enough. The meat was good but could've used a little more seasoning. It did come with a cup of melted butter that was nice. The sides were all good. The salsa was really good, probably the highlight for me. I also got a cheese enchilada on the side. It comes with a chili over it and it was good. So, with all of that said, Adios Fajitas was good but it's expensive for what you get. Not sure why the new location Lovers doesn't have a Yelp yet but will definitely transfer this review there as well once done. Just wanted to ensure people knew how legit and unique this place was. Adios Fajitas absolutely crushed it! The chicken and steak fajitas were perfection -- tender, juicy, and loaded with those magically seared, caramelized onions that deserve their own fan club. Also, super unique, the fajita meet is served with garlic butter which was a next level addition. The fresh accompaniments made every bite feel like a fiesta you actually want to get invited to. Then there are the beef empanadas... crispy, golden, and packed with flavor -- and don't even get me started on that jalapeño ranch. It's elite. The queso and guac? Fresh, creamy, and so good they might ruin you for all others. This place is officially in our regular rotation -- because saying adios to these fajitas isn't happening anytime soon. Great Fajitas. I will say that they are expensive so you are paying more for quality if you get food here. The meat is Wagyu Steak (not Japanese) and is tender and flavorful. The accompaniments are all great quality as are the chips, salsa & Queso. I am curious to see how the concept works as the food is great but the prices may test the market. The food didn't impress me. The jalapeno sausage was bland and the thick slices of processed American cheese in the tacos were off putting.

First time ordering from here, took a chance for a big birthday party and ordered fajitas for 15 people. Ordered online, which was easy but the staff were extremely helpful when we picked up the food. They went over everything and made sure everything was correct. The food was awesome. Fajitas are best in the Rockwall - Royse City area, there are few places in Dallas that a better. This is my new go to place for fajitas to go. The food is pretty good. Salsa good. Guac good. Tortillas good. Meat ok. Chicken has no flavor - very bland. They say it is Waygu, which I question. Overall they are charging $40 for fajitas with six tortillas, but it only enough meat for four. I do t leave a lot of reviews, but I'm doing it in this case because I hope they offer better value going forward. The price is for a super nice restaurant...not pick up only. Wow! This place is incredible. I ordered take-out fajitas for the family tonight. When I tell you we were licking our fingers, it was 10/10!! The restaurant was extremely clean and the employees were incredibly nice! Very glad to have this place so close to home. Can't wait to come back again. Honestly the only thing that might need improvement was the tortillas were all stuck to the wax paper they wrapped them in. And you couldn't separate them at all. These fajitas are amazing. No joke some of the best I've ever had in my life as a native Texan. My family of 5 (with 3 boys) got the large combo fajitas to go, and it was enough for us. The beef is super tender and flavorful, and the chicken must be marinated a long time because it was excellent and packed with flavor, and I'm usually not a huge chicken fajitas guy. All the fixings are top quality, and with generous portions. Some reviewer said it's overpriced, I disagree strongly. The value is excellent for what you are getting. The included guac is something you'd pay an extra $6-8 easily anywhere else, it's way more than a tiny scoop and it's way more delicious too. Plus all the included sour cream, pico, rice and beans, and chips, and I think it's a good value. If you're looking for cheap fajitas this probably isn't the place for you, but if you value quality and flavor, you won't find better than Adios Fajitas. Portions are small for the price, beef fajitas came almost rare, had to put them in the air fryer to cook them more which was disappointing, so if you don't like rare meat specify how you like them cooked. The chicken was really good, especially paired with the butter sauce, that was delicious! Only major complaint was we paid $10 for guacamole, and it was brown and not fresh at all. Texmex has always been a favorite of mine having grown up outside of Houston. Since moving back to Texas and finding ourselves in Dallas, we have been generally disappointed at how Dallas stacks up to Houston in this regard. Enter Adios Fajita--problem solved. From the first time we had it, my wife and I knew this place was special. Both chicken and beef fajitas are phenomenal. Queso is made in the typical Texas style and an excellent example at that. My wife loves the creamy jalapeño dip. We recently had our daughter's first birthday party catered by Adios Fajitas and got to briefly meet a part owner in the restaurant. He told me that they spent years researching recipes for the store before it opened. Hard work pays off. This place is a gem. Top off the excellent food with highly professional staff and cool company graphics (wrapped delivery vehicles are a nice touch) and this place has the makings of a real staple. read more

The queso and chips were perfect and the chips were very fresh and warm. The salsa was a little spicy to my liking but the queso was one of the best I have ever had. The meat in the empanadas were nicely seasoned and the crust on the empanadas were light and flaky. Now let's get to the fajitas, delicious, delicious, and delicious. The beef is waygu(too quality) and the flavor was amazing. The meat was seasoned nicely and very tender. The chicken was also cooked very nicely and was very moist. You also get a good selection of rice, beans, guacamole and toppings for your fajitas. OK, this place is special! I was more than just a little bit surprised at the quality of the food here. It's like going to a great restaurant but to go. We did eat at the window bar, so it was a little cramped, but that's what you get. No frills, just great food and a really good margarita to boot. I met the owner prior to this place opening and his description was very enticing. Wagyu beef fajitas?! And the chicken is a kind of grilled pastor flavor. Guacamole was amazing. my wife and I kept looking at each other and saying wow, I am really surprised at how good this is! Overall, I was pleased with the chicken fajitas and sides I ordered here. My understanding is that they use higher quality meat which accounts for the increased price compared to other fajitas, which is definitely noted as the meat more tender than others. However, for the meat and sides I still felt like the cost was a bit more than I would normally like to pay. The beans and rice were standard, and accompanying toppings were nice but nothing special.
