The security presence feels a bit oppressive and inconsistent, often seeming to pick and choose who they approach. Every year we report that the pool deck becomes extremely slippery, yet despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done. This year, I actually witnessed someone fall because of the slippery surface, which was very concerning. Unfortunately, bringing concerns to management hasn't been a positive experience. The manager doesn't seem willing to listen, has difficulty de-escalating situations, and is often not very respectful toward the staff. It's disappointing because good management can make a big difference, especially when it comes to guest safety and employee morale. Overall, it's an okay resort if you don't need assistance or have any concerns. But if you expect your feedback to be heard or safety issues to be taken seriously, you may be disappointed.

The good: coffee was delicious and the eggs were cooked to perfection. Usually I ask for easy over but some restaurants don't cook them long enough and they end up being a bit jiggly so I ordered my eggs over medium and they were exactly how I like them The toast was Rye bread. Bad: we ordered eggs over corned beef hash. The hash was too salty and mixed with beans plus I wasn't sure if it was homemade just because of the texture It's a popular place; it was packed and we had to wait in a line but it wasn't a long wait. Not sure we will return
