Fast and gentle movers were top on the list with the most positive reviews and the most responsive team. Thankfully today I was able to experience both those positive attributes. Super bummed about this one…read more Friendly guys--installed a 2nd story, stacked washing machine for us. I know it was an awkward, heavy job, and the layout of our house wasn't making anything easier. However, the company left large scratches in our wood floor finish. There wasn't any protection uses when pulling the old stacked unit out for replacement. They suggested we could buff the scratches out. This is not accurate... the finish is scraped off. If we buff it out, we'll just lose more finish. The big issue comes next. We ran the washing machine, since we had a lot of laundry piled up. When the cycle drained, the water started pouring out of our living room ceiling--the drain hose hadn't been connected properly or got disconnected during the install. Lastly, we had a Flood Stop mechanism attached to our old washer to prevent this exact issue from happening. During the install, one of the wires to the old Flood Stop was broken, rendering it useless. (A new Flood Stop is $286 on Amazon, for reference). The company hasn't been very interested in helping us out. We're really frustrated and hope that they can work with us to make this situation whole again. We need to repaint parts of the living room that had the paint balloon up with water, hope the water that came under the floor and out the ceiling doesn't lead to any long term issues, and replace our Flood Stop. I'd love to be able to update this review to reflect a positive resolution. Thanks for reading.

We had items prepped and ready, and they promptly picked them up and turned them upside down, spilling hardware - including nails - all over the driveway, which they DID NOT bother to pick up or sweep up. Two of their team members spent the day arguing, one of their team members merely drove and did not lift a finger to help with moving - although I was charged all those hours for 4 men! Only 1 man was fully aware of the task in front of him and diligently worked throughout the day. I think his name was Nashon. Great worker. The other 3, including the foreman, were negligent in their duty. The foreman kept saying, "We're the professionals!", but saying it does not make it so. Last, regardless of written assurances - in advance - that any furniture they damaged goods would be repaired by insurance or at the expense of the owner, the owner Travis Angelo and his office manager Whitney Davis FAILED to make things whole. Regardless of how many times I emailed or my husband called, the decorative molding on my curio cabinet was never repaired; and they never called to make arrangements for the repair. They reneged on their promises. If you want to pay some hacks to move your stuff with less care and less professionalism than your friends would provide, go ahead and hire these movers. If you expect care, professional movers, and respect, DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

At 81, I was worried about some of the old furniture that had been my mom's. They treated everything with care and wrapped all so there wouldn't be any damage, In 1 1/2 hours all was unloaded, items put back together and not a piece was damaged.
