If you are sitting a waiting for the oil change and tire rotation, it can take them an hour or longer to do even with an appointment scheduled. Fortunately Dunkin' Donuts is just a couple doors down. I am disappointed that they did not check and add air to my tires when they rotated them. They have added before but did not do it on this most recent time there.

To make matters worse, it seems like they have a massive turnover problem; every time I go in, the previous mechanics have left the shop. It is completely unacceptable to pay for a repair that doesn't last 90 days and then be told the shop lacks the competent staff to honor the work they did.
