Be careful with their service. When I called the lady from the front desk she confirms that their movers will drop the jacuzzi in the yard for customers. However, those 3 drivers asked me $350 to move the jacuzzi from driveway to my yard which takes them less than 10 mins. At the same time they charge only $570 to move jacuzzi from San Diego to Los Angeles for at least 2 hour driving. I called the manager Luis but he kept speaking around with nonsense explanation. We have been waiting 7 months for our spa. They called us 3 weeks ago to deliver our spa on 1/14. We couldn't do it so we asked them to come 1/28. We woke up early this morning to clear out all the furniture in our yard. Took the day off from work. Sat around waiting for these guys. Called them to see an approximate time window of when they would be here. They lost our spa and didn't think to call us. They now don't have it at all and we have no spa. read more

Their service was great. They called to let me know when they would be there. Yes I had been given a window but they called to confirm. Gabino, Javi, Isidro, and Isaac were professional, quick, hard working and considerate. They made sure to protect my tree which was next to the spa. They helped me clean where they had removed the old spa. They are an expert crew in the removal and addition of a spa to your home. It is much more skilled than you think. The 4 gentleman that came to deliver our hot tub were AMAZING! They called in the morning to see if we would be available earlier than the time window given at the beginning of the week. I did not feel pressured to be available earlier but we were home so we were happy to get it done. They walked through the route with my husband which had some corners and tight squeezes. They let us know about the potential issues they saw (some bushes that might loose some branches/leaves) before they got started to make sure we were ok with what needed to be done. They removed the fence door and put it back on (I would have never known that happened if my husband didn't tell me). They had us both make sure the hot tub was in the spot we wanted. They were extremely friendly, hard working and easy to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

Super bad service!!! They were hired to deliver my hot tub I purchased from Costco. The spa was suppose to be delivered within 2-4 weeks. I waited two months before finally calling Costco. Costco gave me the number to Diaz Service Pro Spa Movers, and I called and spoke to the female who usually answers the phone. She said she would call me back in 5 minutes, but I didn't hear back from her. I continued to call throughout the following week and left voicemails. I finally received a call from the spa manufacturer who informed me my spa had been badly damaged during shipping. Not even 30 minutes later, and the secretary from Diaz calls me to tell me they do have my spa, but "a different model had arrived." Lies!!! This lady has not passed me on to her supervisor, she always says he's out of the office. I've waited two weeks for a call back from the manager/supervisor; nothing yet. When I asked the secretary why they failed to inform me about the spa issues back when the spa had arrived to their warehouse 4 weeks prior, she said, "We dropped the ball on that." Don't waste your time with these liars and irresponsible. If something goes wrong with your deivery, you will regret it. They have no integrity or communication skills, especially the secretary handling the customer service. read more

I called them on 9/14/16 to schedule removal of our old 6 person Cal-Spa jacuzzi. They quoted $200 for removal inclusive of disconnecting and capping electric lines. If necessary to cut the spa, there would be a $40 per cut fee if needed. We scheduled for Friday 9/16/16 in the afternoon. They called later in the afternoon of the 14th to ask if wr might be available to have the jacuzzi removed on 9/15/16 and they would give us a $30 DISCOUNT. Heck yes!! They were scheduled for 12-3 and called 45 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. They arrived at 11:37 (totally fine by me) and were DINE and driving away at 11:59!! No cuts were needed, so, for $170 we finally got rid of our spider farm, I mean, jacuzzi. Thank you Diaz Spa Removers. You guys rock. read more

These guys were amazing! Showed up on time the first time, assessed that a crane would be needed and rescheduled for a later time. They did not charge for this assessment. The day of the move, they were early. Even helped jump start a car that was in the way! Perfectly professional and excellent! They even swept up under the moved spa and disposed of the dirt and grime in my trashcan. Above and beyond in my opinion. They did a great job moving a spa from Clairemont to our home in east county. That's what they get paid to do so I wasn't all that surprised, especially with all the great reviews online. What did shock me was when Alex told my grandmother that the spa needed some repairs that he could do at our house the following week. She felt bad for giving us a broken spa, so she gave him a check for $700.00 to fix the tub. Alex stood in my backyard and lied to my face. He never returned to fix the spa and he won't return my calls. The bank varified someone tried to cash the check. If you use Diaz spa movers, don't trust Alex.. read more

I am blown away by the quality work the Diaz team did for me. I had a very large and very heavy Gazebo to move. I had at least 7 other companies come and check out the job and said it was impossible. The Diaz team set up an initial time to come view the job, came a 2nd time with a supervisor and on the 3rd day moved our Gazebo in 1 hour! I had appoinment with Diaz Service Spa mover on 8/23/2018 from 2-6 pm to disposal my 7'x7' Jaccuzi . About 10 AM Diaz Service call ask if they can some early becaue they in area. Why not. I toll them i am very happy to see them come earlier. About 15 minutes their team with 4 persons show up. They show up with mover tool and very professional work. Take less 15 minutes they move my Jaccuzi out my backyard. I am very happy with Diaz team. BTW. their cost is very reasonable. They beat the other two competitors regard to the cost too. I had a beautiful $9,000.00 spa moved less than 20 miles. In the process, the spa was damaged beyond repair. Diaz Service Professional Spa Movers first refused to return my calls. Then, the secretary lied about Mr. Diaz and said he couldn't speak English so he couldn't call me back. When I finally did contact Mr. Diaz, he spoke very clearly and laughed at my claim of damage. He refused to make a claim on his insurance, so I tried to contact the insurance company. I could never verify that he had any insurance and I was unable to make a claim. After months of getting nowhere, I took Mr. Diaz to court. Mr. Diaz lied and postponed his court date several times. He even lied in court. I won a judgement against him. Beware of doing business with this person. He is not trustworthy. read more
