They are the best of the best. When I go in, I never feel a need to request any specific tech, they pair you with someone who matches the design you want. The staff is extremely friendly, always makes me smile.. such a welcoming vibe. They never let me down when I bring in screenshots of what I want. I went from rarely getting my nails done, to getting them done regularly because I look forward to going in. Side note: I have really bad neuropathy in my hands and feet, so when getting my nails done there is more than a 50% chance it'll be painful or uncomfortable. This is the first nail salon that has consistently taken care of me without pain.

April did a spin on this classic summer pattern.

Gel-X manicure from Victoria and Gel Pedi from Sarah. I was offered a beverage, which was such a treat. I've never had a mimosa while getting my nails done before! Sarah was very thorough, precise, and detailed with my gel pedicure. I felt well-taken care of by her! Absolutely immaculate results for my requested inspo pic, re-created by Victoria! I really appreciated her patience, expertise, attention to detail, and how friendly she is. My nails turned out even nicer than the photo I showed her! You're in great hands at this salon. I'm coming back for sure :)

I have been coming for 2+ months now and Min has yet to disappoint me! She shapes my nails better than anyone ever has and my nails always look like my inspo pictures when I leave!! Everyone is also so nice in the shop! All over good vibes!!

Probably the worst gel manicure I've ever had. This salon is really nice and comfortable, but my nails look horrible. They are painted unevenly, have air bubbles, and are chipping after one day. I wish I would have just saved my $52 could have been better off used for gas honestly. I won't return

Builder gel w/ French tips and chrome over top

Min is the best! She is detailed and takes her time to make sure every time I go in, I leave with a perfect manicure. She recently did this builder gel fill on me for my Bridal shower and absolutely nailed it. 10/10 would recommend ;

Adore Nail Lounge does it again. If you are looking for festive nail art, go check them out! They have several people that can do art. Their pedicures are amazing! Doesn't matter who you get, I've never had a bad one. The best part of coming is the atmosphere. You are greeted with a smile and a ton of energy. They remember your name, there's always laughing and a great vibe. I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years and this is by far the best salon I've been too.

Such a sweet experience here. Everyone is really friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They are professional, patient, and pay attention to the little details. I wanted simple French tip nails and asked for a last minute bunny and they came out so perfect. The shape is clean, the French tips look so soft and pretty, and the bunny design is honestly my favorite part! Thanks :)

I had a full set with April and she did a fantastic job. I came in not fully knowing what I wanted. She was patient and asked questions to understand my goals. She ultimately suggested an acrylic full set, which would allow me to get bi-monthly fills and ultimately save money. I can't remember a time prior where the nail tech put my needs and budget in mind. April gave me exactly what I hoped for and I'm so thankful! read more

This was my go to place until recently. I got a gel pedicure from Hannah and she injured two of my toes so badly that they were bleeding. I now have an ingrown toenail that is infected on one of my toes. My infection hurts so bad I can barely walk. The work she did is not very good either my nails are crooked, and the design is not professional looking. I let them know about my experience and all they did was offer me 50% off my next pedicure. I definitely don't feel comfortable enough to get a pedicure from here anymore. read more

The attention to details is outstanding! Every employee is constantly cleaning, tending to clients, connecting with clients, making appointments and on and on. Everyone is greeted with a smile by name (for frequent clients). I always leave Adore with gorgeous nails. April shapes my nails so beautifully, I have literally had multiple people ask where I get them done. Her designs are perfection as well. First time here and we love it.. It's me , my hubby and our daughter tried this nail salon that I've seen here in yelp that has a nice review so we decided to come over and tried their services.. hubby got the regular pedi daughter got the regular manicure and she has no complain at all coz she was so happy about the service of the girl who took care her.. and as for myself I'm really satisfied of the service that Elena did to me..place is clean even the restroom.. I have been going to April (the new owner) since their grand opening in the spring. April is meticulous with the small details and does such a great job with my acrylic and specialty designs. All of the pedicures I've gotten have been equally great and relaxing. I cannot rave enough about April (Victoria is good too), I had previously tried multiple other salons trying to find a nail tech who could perfect the symmetrical short almond shape (it's harder than you think), but also do trendy nail art. This nail salon delivers with talented staff, a fresh clean and newly remodeled interior and a warm welcoming atomosphere. Livermore is lucky to have these nail artists in town. I do recommend calling for an appointment in advance for manicure services as April and Victoria do tend to book up. This is my last Christmas set of the year April did this afternoon and I am loving it! read more

There used to be a salon I used to go to in downtown Pleasanton, but the service deteriorated with a change in ownership. So for the last 3-4 years, I've been hopping around from salon to salon trying to find a place that would be my "go-to". I kept reading raves about Adore Nails in a Facebook group shortly after it opened. I waited a while before booking to ensure the opening wasn't just "hype". It wasn't just hype. This place is perfect! Now I've only gone two times (pedicure the first time and mani/pedi the second time), but the 2 times I've gone is enough for me to write this review. The owners are so friendly and welcome feedback (business owners say this but don't always mean it). They have a huge selection of polish and different types of manicures/pedicures to choose from. I get a basic manicure and gel polish for my pedicures which last quite some time and have not chipped. Did I mention that they offer mimosas (or just champagne if you prefer)! Although I do not live in Livermore anymore, happy that I finally found my "Go-To" nail salon! read more

I have been coming to Adore Nail Lounge since they opened. The service is beyond 5 star! Better than any other nail salon I've been to. First, you are greeted at the door by Tu. She smiles and welcomes you. You feel like you belong there. She asks you what services you would like and even helps you pick colors if you would like. April is the person who does my nails. April is, simply put.... the BEST! April cuts and shapes my nails the way I like them and designs them and paints them exactly how I envisioned. I even bring difficult nail design pictures for April to duplicate and she does it even better than expected! I get so many compliments on my nails after I leave Adore. Her suite is located in "The Phenix Salon Suites" building and you need to call or text her so she can let you into the building. I love that I found Brandy. She is quick and easy to talk to throughout the appointment. She is professional and my appointments are pain-free. Brandy IS my wax lady.

At my previous salon, they would have me in and out in 5 minutes, but they would regularly miss spots. I was looking forward to getting my nails done here after reading so many positive reviews. The vibe was nice and my nail tech was also super nice. However, I had a chip on my nail within an hour of leaving. I have been getting my nails done for years and usually get builder gel or gel x. I usually keep my nails for 4 weeks and don't normally get any chipping until week 3, if that. I cannot believe that I got a chip within an hour. This is the only place that did one one top coat so I suspect that was the issue. Pretty disappointing, I won't be back. read more

Everyone was super nice. I accidentally got there a little late, fully ready to pay a late fee but they told me not to worry about it which was amazing!! I was scared they wouldn't be able to do the design I wanted but the nail tech did an even better job than I could've expected. He immediately began the process without asking me to choose a color. I noticed he was using a black base instead of brown, so I showed him the reference photo again, multiple times. He looked confused. I tried to be patient and showed him the reference photo again. Instead of correcting the design properly, he just added a brown shade on top that looked more like a purple-gray tone. He never asked if I liked the result and simply kept going. After that, I moved to the chair for a basic pedicure. My friend also got the basic pedicure, but I somehow finished before she did even though she had already been sitting there for 30 minutes. The whole service felt very rushed. There was also very little communication throughout the appointment. When he finished painting my toes, he just got up and walked away without saying anything. We actually had to ask if we were done because no one told us. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. The technician said he could do the design I wanted but clearly did not know how. When I asked if the nails could be fixed, they told me no and said I should have said something earlier, even though I had shown the reference photo multiple times during the process. Very disappointing experience.
