While the person who did help me was very apologetic it doesn't take away the fact that they didn't hold up the end of their bargain. To be fair the staff at the counter mentioned that they weren't expecting me that day which I can understand since the insurance company does not know when I'll drop my car at the body shop. The staff at the counter did their best to find an suv at a neighboring enterprise location and had it delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, they upgraded my car type due to the inconvenience. Both the staff and the desk and the staff in the parking lot releasing the vehicles were friendly and helpful. Although it took extra time to get my vehicle I appreciated their effort to make things right.
