On the other hand, there is a technician named Gino, I would not recommend. In working on my lower teeth, he subjected me to severe pain for at least 20-30 minutes. I had a dental emergency last week, my 1st molar crown broke off with part of the tooth. Dr. Valentina was able to fit me in, did a tooth build up (there was hardly any tooth left) removed some decay that was under the crown. I could not recommend this place less. Last year I was in between insurances and didn't have many options of where I could go to get work done that was much needed. I used a coupon for an exam and x rays and got roped in. An implant that was placed in January has already come out and a root canal that I got done now has multiple issues due to the incorrect tactic that they used. Also, you are pressured often to get more work done and use their payment plan which they strategically start two months late so you end up accruing interest. They respond fast and offer so many "first time" coupons because they are extremely expensive and do bad work. Please go somewhere else!! read more

Hello I found this place out of need I have a bad toothache and infection in my gum so I called them and they took me in same day, I got ex rays and an an examination they told me I need a root canal and my crown replacement I expect that because my crown is old and to do a root canal they have to remove it. She also explained to me that I needed a deep cleaning, x-ray deep cleaning to be precise and then after that, I would need a root canal in a new crown for my tooth and some antibiotics for my infection and I had a sign up for care one credit to get the extra because my insurance only covered $1000 so they got me care one credit up to $8000 I still have to go in and get the procedures done so I'm gonna find out what's going on ????? read more

I received a coupon to get a cleaning. Booked it for one hour. 2+ hours later I was still there and furious. 1. Tech had issues taking x-rays. The machine didn't work, and she had to re-take several films to the point it was cutting my gums and uncomfortable. 2. Hygienest talked the entire time and was difficult to understand and also had equipment malfunction. She used a cleaning machine that was like a power washer, only it soaked me, malfunctioned twice and didn't get my teeth clean as promised. She literally kept hitting me in the face with hoses. 3. Never received my records or dental plan after several emails, phone calls, and finally a hand written letter. Never spoke to a dentist. Still waiting and this was July 1. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE One of the worst experiences ever. One hour coupon cleaning turned in to almost 3 hrs. Tech doing x-rays made multiple mistakes - machine malfunctioned. Got a mailer for a free exam. Went and checked it out. They were trying to keep me there forever and scare me about the condition of my teeth. About the only honest person was your check in nurse. They tried to say I needed a bunch of work. Dentist even lied to me saying I had some cavities which needed to be treated. I ended up getting up and leaving. It was insane how gypsy like this place is. Been going to a great dentist in Bressi Ranch now and still cavity free. Avoid Adriatic Dental. It is the lemon lot of dentistry. Very shady. Substandard dental care that is way over priced. I felt like I was in a timeshare tour being sold services I did NOT need. I came in for a "same day crown," 5 hours and $2,100 later, I have damage to my gums and a cheap crown that has fallen apart after only 3 weeks. The Dentist Dr. BOEN, was rough, uncaring, and sloppy in her work. She left my tooth throbbing after she rearranged my gums without my permission to fit the shabby crown her office created for my tooth. Western dental is 1,000 times better than this place. Affordable caring service by Dentists who aren't trying to scam you. I have visited luxury dental offices in the past and at least the service they provided was given with my best interest at heart so when I paid the over-priced bill I could justify it. Ok... so this was years ago... but I never reported her to anyone except my insurance company. This is what happened: I took 3 of my kids for a regular dental visit. She showed me Xrays that had no name, no date, nothing and told me my daughter needed oral surgery to remove all her wisdom teeth (she was about 13). I had this strange feeling and the Doctor kept pressing me to make a surgical appointment (with a huge cost) even though she didn't perform oral surgery often. I said I wanted to see a specialist. Anyway, we left and I took her to a dentist that is friends with my husband (I didn't originally go to him bcs he is an hour away). Anyway, he took X-rays and you couldn't even see her wisdom teeth!!! The X-rays this lady doc showed me were fake!!! My daughter never had oral surgery to this day! (Ten years)!!! I've read previous reviews and think that was their experience but remember every business has to keep up with the times and keep it running. You go to them for their professional opinion and skills. At least they aren't as manipulative as our governor and government who lies and cheats us out of our money with every prop and migrant/homeless benefits. I like that this dentist will take you in on a Saturday or on short notice. I work full time, unlike most people these days who are freeloaders, so having flexibility is important even if they try to get you to do this that or the other procedures. I woke up in aching pain from my wisdom tooth, I called around asking for a last minute tooth extraction. Adriatic dental was so kind and made time and squeezed me in in the morning. I have never been to a dentist who made me feel so calm and laugh at the same time. Dr. Aleks was very kind and extremely funny, she reassured me every step of the way what she was doing. My 28 year old daughter went for an initial consultation for her wisdom teeth, this place is the WORST "business" and the office should be shut down! What they did to her in the office, telling her she had all the horrific issues with her teeth, tongue, mouth and the made her sit in another room and brought her a blanket and kept her trapped there for hours trying to sell her a credit card! After checking out the negative reviews on this unclaimed Yelp page, i had to re-post the 5-star dreview I left for Adriatic on google. You can check my other Yelp reviews to be sure I'm "real." I am a dentist's worst nightmare...suspicious, anxious, googling every recommendation before proceeding. A crown placed by a former dentist snapped right off at the root...Major anxiety! A friend with perfect teeth sent me to Dr. Obradovic for the free consultation. From the people who took my endless calls, to the reception desk, to the new patient coordinator, to the young man who took video, photos and X-rays (which I strongly resisted at first), to Dr.O, who came in to explain why X-rays were imperative, the dservice was exemplary! Everyone was extremely friendly, patient and kind. Even if you're afraid of dentists, you owe it to yourself to go in for the free evaluation. Went for a broken tooth,, and found Adriatic Dental open on a Saturday morning. Adriatic Dental assessed the tooth and presented a bill to implant one tooth for nearly $10,000! I let them know I had an appointment with an endodontist through my insurance. I asked if they would charge me for the emergency visit, and they said "no." Several weeks later I got an statement from the insurance that showed Adriatic Dental billed my insurance for several hundred dollars. Adriatic Dental. Such a great Place for complete dental work. The staff is very friendly, positive and professional. If you're anxious or afraid to go to the dentist, you really need to go to Adriatic Dental. The equipment is state of the art and they educate you on proper cleaning. It's not just about brushing and flossing. There's so much more to learn to keep your teeth strong and healthy including your gums and bone. I have been to many dentists in my lifetime (59 years) and I must say THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST TO GO TO. I live in Fallbrook and I am so happy with Adriatic Dental that I will drive to their location in Vista. Dr.O has great compassion and empathy for patients who need dental work. There are other doctors, dental assistants and hygienist there that are just as compassionate in what they do to help their patients. **DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!**. My 86 year old mother went in for a discounted examination and cleaning after receiving a flyer..if you are 55 and older and have neglected your teeth, come see us. The cleaning was never performed. After sitting with the staff for an hour they went over all of her alleged issues and the cost while talking her into cosmetic dentistry which was over $15,000. She walked out being told she has an infection and was scheduled for lasering and veneers on 6 teeth the following day. No cleaning, no curing the infection. Who puts veneers on a person of that age? Her tooth was becoming loose yesterday. And decided to go fix it. Today, my mother informed me that she was charged $6000 to get her tooth fixed! She had no money, so this business made sure to open a new credit line on her name. I'm not sure what kind of tooth is going in replacement, but 6000$ is screaming overcharge. Be alert. I came in as a first timer. I had forgotten what their "first timer deal" was. Of course a regular visit is cleaning/exam and x-rays. They said "free". I was amazed, not expecting. To their credit I was allowed to not wear a mask which I asked in advance. That was a huge PLUS but everything was downhill from there. Later on after the dentist attempted to frighten me on how awful are my teeth - I decided I had better not play this game (free visit, pay thousands for work of questionable necessity) and offered to pay for the cleaning. Dentist laughed and said, of course you will. So I was, at best, misled about the "free" visit. Then the dental hygienist purposefully poked my gum causing a lot of bleeding before then doing a very fast unthorough job cleaning my teeth. She did relate a story about the importance of "stimulating" your gums to keep them healthy which I think is true and a good tip. She gave me a tool to use for the stimulation. What a wild ride! I think I will return to my old dentist who obsesses about masks, but is practical about dental care and only suggests necessary, important work. read more
