He was very careful to sell me the correct wipers with the right attachments, AND he even put them on my car for me! Grant was great and super helpful, friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Because I opened one of the wipers Lloyd sold me, I couldn't return it, so I lost money on this transaction. As the manager walked back out, the employee asked him for help. The manager slapped the container and walked off. Confused, we asked, "So, is that the one?" and the manager, Christopher, didn't even stop he just shouted, "It says blah blah blah on the bottom lefthand side," in a rude tone and kept walking. It's not always what you say--it's how you say it. His attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, as though we were inconveniencing him for asking a simple question. As females, this is exactly why we dread going into some auto shops because we're often met with disrespect instead of basic customer service.

The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!
