Very unprofessional and lazy employees. Came to get my battery charged and it seemed like none of the associates even knew what to do. When asking for assistance at the counter one of the employees mumbled his responses and the other employee that got called to the front to help the long line looked like he was in the back taking a nap! Then came to the counter eating OREOS asking who needed help. I don't recommend this location to anyone. read more

I needed to return something that I bought from another Atlanta location and was told that they can't help me because the other location rung it up under a commercial account. I asked if they can't call the other location. They then said ge can't help me because the commercial side is closed. When I asked what the hours were he told me the commercial side closes at 6. It's 5:35pm now. These guys could care less about helping you and are down right rude. They could have picked up the phone, made a call to the other location, resolved the issue and refunded me my money and let the two stores deal with the error. read more

I waited in line to be assisted for 15-20mins. Both of the cashiers were on the phone with customers. Once I was helped, it took 5mins to get the filters I came for and checkout. They get 3/5 because of the horrible wait, as well as customer service overall. read more

Excellent service; no complaints here! I came for the free battery and alternator testing. When my battery showed it is was dying, the Autozone employee helped me pick out a new battery and even installed it for free. I feel that I got a reasonable deal and avoided the pushy sales tactics of some shops or garages. read more

This auto zone is great. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. The location is a little hard to get to, considering it is on the corner of two busy roads (good luck turning in from the moreland/memorial intersection... I'd suggest going around the small back road behind the place). When my battery died recently, the employees here not only suggested and installed the right replacement battery for me, they also explained to me in simple terms what to look out for with battery problems and were also very eager to answer questions I asked about the process of installment / upkeep of the battery, the warranty they offered, and pretty much anything else I asked which was a lot. EXCELLENT customer service. I was caught in an unfortunate situation today in which it was pouring down rain and my windshield wipers were totally shot. Being an older model car, I needed a screwdriver to remove the old ones. They replaced them for me with no complaints and without hesitation during a downpour. So sweet! read more

Lies, more lies and marketing!!! I was a frequent AutoZone client until my latest purchasing experience. I tried to purchase an product bundle listed in the flier and they pulled a "bait and switch" and wouldn't sell it to me. They tried to sell me individual items from the bundle that would have doubled the price. Do yourself a favor and shop at Advance Auto. Better products and services. read more
