went get a battery For My fiat my car didn't start with new battery, The person who installed battery had Rivera on His hand Tattoo I don't remember name when he install my battery it smoked on terminal then his co worker fix the battery but my ac no working I have to take to dealership and I went back to the store to tell him my car was still in shop and he told me I was calling him a liar get out his store and started getting hostile with me so I just walked out. This has become my go to place to get anything vehicle related, not only for it's convenient location and parking, but also for the superior customer service I receive each and every time I walk in the store. Each time I walk in, immediately I'm greeting with a friendly hello, and asked what it is that I'm looking for. I've never been pushed to buy anything extraneous, but I've felt comfortable asking for honest opinions on what it is I'm looking for. My second to last trip here I was picking up some vehicle care extras, and asked the gentleman behind the counter for some advice on some serious work needing done to the engine on my vehicle. He gave no-frills advice, and explained everything in an approachable manner. This experience is what made me decide to keep coming back. I'd like to highlight my recent visit, because it was just that awesome! I came in to get additional simple vehicle care items, and immediately I was greeted by Xavier. After providing a genuine warm welcome to the store, he then helped me select my items. Upon check out, I asked him about replacing the windshield wiper fluid dispensers. Not only did he check them to see if it was something I could do myself, but then helped me select the product and instructed me how to do it step by step! Something I previously would have been intimidated to do, Xavier gave me the advice and confidence to do the project on my own. Stopped by today because my fiancé and I were pretty certain my Honda Fit needed a new battery. Alvin (I believe that was the name on his shirt) was so kind and helpful! He checked my battery, confirmed it wasn't good anymore while clearly showing and explaining everything, got us a new battery, installed it, and then ran the test one more time to show that we were purchasing a good battery. We were in and out in less than 30 mins! I wasn't excited about going because I thought it would be a hassle (and we arrived at 7pm when they close at 8pm), but I'm so happy that we stopped by when we did. If you need parts go somewhere else. You'll get no help here. When I pulled up one guy was changing a battery for a customer and he was trying to convince us to stay. For that they get one star. I waited inside for 10 minutes. No one came to the counter even though several of us had yelled into the back room. You could hear the door chime and the phone ringing but both went unanswered. A couple of times I saw someone moving in the back and then running out the back door so I walked around the building. I found that guy doing nothing. He was near a small pickup near the back door. I asked him if anybody was working and he directed me back to the guy changing the battery. Even though I told him there were 6 customers waiting he told me "he'd get someone. Obviously, 2 of the 3 guys here don't care nor do they deserve a job. I hope The management can fix this and if not just close the doors so we can get another company in that wants to service the neighborhood. read more

Terrible customer service. Had an employee get into my face because I told them their process for helping out a customer was "pretty shitty". Not sure what company allows their employees to approach a customer so closely (especially during Covid), but this company apparently does. Don't waste your time or money here. read more
