Especially considering all the Ford incentives and how many 25's trucks are sitting around. I think the ploy is to get you to come in and waste more of your time. No thanks. I had 4 power steering pumps put in before they got it right and that was after they had to replace the head they cracked while using the wrong size bit to drill out a snapped bolt. Guess who had to pay because they claimed it wasn't their fault. $1500. for a head. Plan and simple it's been nothing but problems. Trying to talk to their district manager because my timing is slipping again, it's eating oil left and right, and I was told I've been nothing but a problem and I should take it elsewhere for a second opinion because it's not their problem. So on a scale of 1-10 I'd give this facility a -10.
