I looked up spots on my route and had a short time before my next appointment. Napa was on the way so I took a short detour to get what I needed. They immediately told me what sizes I needed for my car and pointed me in the right direction. As I mulled over the different options for prices and claims of superiority, the clerk came over to offer some advice. He pointed out the sales they had and what reccomendations he had accordingly. I told him my past experience with some brands and let him know I wasn't happy with one of them and my classic car could use a boost in the wiper department as well. He mentioned he had a brand that he and all his coworkers use but it's a little pricier so folks generally steer away. I took the bait and told him to check for my sizes which they had in the back. He assured me they were worth the extra dough so I went for it. Turns out they were running a special that got you 20% off after spending a certain amount (buy a $3 Napa bucket for charity as well). The whole thing cost the same as the on sale blades and I got the Trico Force blades I was looking for. After a week long dry spell I got to really test these wipers out and he was absolutely right. I highly recommend these wipers and am probably a life long Trico customer. Great service with honest advice that held true... I'll be back for sure!

I had asked the staff If they could deliver a part to my location, which was maybe less than 2 minutes away because I was fixing a car and was stranded. One of the staff was about to go deliver it, but a person named Kathy (the commercial account manager) told the staff not to deliver it. She claimed there wasn't enough people at the site to have it delivered. There were 3 people there. The other worker was willing to deliver it when I asked. I felt discriminated against the way she was conducting herself. The part happened to be old because it was on the shelf a little too long. The gasket was brittle. I came back to get it switched. I eventually got the part switched from the other staff. I was disappointed in the way she acted. She needs a reprimand or be fired. This is not how you treat loyal customers. I have already told her I will not come back to this place especially if she's still working there.

He thought the grease on the terminals was melting in the heat and making a bad connection, and while he was cleaning them up he pulled the cover and found the battery in the van wasn't even the type on the label. Somebody had put a cheaper unit in at some point. He retested it against what it actually was and it came back failing. I live about two hours away and my mother drives that van every day, so getting it right on the first trip mattered. Tom laid out the AGM options, told me straight what the extra money on the four-year buys you, and let me make the call. I picked up wiper blades for her while I was there and he offered to put them on for her if she has any trouble with them. He chased the problem down instead of clearing the counter. Being new here from Atlanta I still don't have a "neighborhood " auto repair shop so I had no idea where else to go except for a Honda dealership. In route I decided to Yelp auto repair centers and this shop came up with 5 stars. Because it was on the way I said what the hell and stopped to check it out. Thank the good Lord I did because it was a home run. They had my vehicle in the garage before they even knew my name and I was on my way back home in less than an hour. Total cost $145 plus $9 for a part and that included flushing out the freon and recharging the system. Both Firestone and Honda wanted around $99 just to evaluate and wanted me to leave car the afternoon. It would have taken longer just to get the paper work done in the amount of time it took to get me on my way at Jimmy's! Don't be fooled by the cosmetics of the building or the area they are located, truly a wonderful experience and there is a auto parts shop right next door. Thank you so much.
