That's great as it has just about anything you need in stock but retrieval of the item can be time consuming, so you can expect rather lengthy waiting times for assistance or counter service. When I was here there wasn't anyone at the counter for slightly over ten minutes which can seem like an eternity when you've already found what you needed and merely want to check out. However, when I finally did make it to the counter I was warmly greeted and treated both politely and professionally. I've been in other AutoZone stores and this particular one is one of the better ones. It's well stocked, bright, orderly and, being new, clean as the proverbial whistle

No customer should ever be called a "bitch" when they're simply trying to purchase parts. That level of disrespect is unacceptable in any business, let alone one that claims to serve hardworking people who rely on their cars. Beyond the insult, their prices are higher than competitors, their inventory is unreliable, and the staff seems more interested in dismissing customers than helping them. After this experience, I will never return to Napa Auto Parts. If you want to be treated with basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs.

Pit Stop diagnosed it within 15 minutes! Not only are they good and fast at what they do, but their prices are very reasonable. Most important, they are honest! Since then, I have already returned twice for the same issue. Earlier today, I brought my car in for a third time. After leaving it for a few hours, I received a call stating that the work was complete. However, upon picking up the car, I discovered that the air pressure issue has not been fixed and remains exactly as it was when I dropped it off. This is very disappointing given the number of times I have returned to have this addressed under my warranty. At this point, I feel this may be my last visit to your store.
