Today I actually took a video so I could record the sound the car was making when it cranked up for the first time in the morning. They told me forty-five minutes, which already seemed excessive, but since I was there I waited. After an hour I asked for an update and was told they didn't have the right filter for my car and needed to go buy one before they could even start. No one had mentioned this during the full hour I was sitting there. I said never mind and asked for my keys, and then they couldn't find them. Apparently the technician had taken my keys with him to get gas. Eventually they returned them and I left. I drove straight to Jiffy Lube and ten minutes later my oil change was done. Zero out of ten. I would never go back to Firestone.
