Instead of the problem being fixed, I ended up spending hundreds of dollars taking my car to multiple mechanics and paying for additional diagnostic services to figure out what was wrong. After getting several professional opinions, the problem was finally identified: Big Al's installed the wrong spark plugs during the tune-up. The incorrect spark plugs caused ongoing issues that led me to believe there was something much more serious wrong with my vehicle. Because of this mistake, I wasted a significant amount of time, money, and stress chasing a problem that should never have happened in the first place. What should have been a routine tune-up turned into an expensive ordeal. I had to pay for multiple inspections, diagnostic tests, and other unnecessary services before the real cause was discovered. I trusted Big Al's to perform the work correctly, and that trust was broken. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship and the financial burden this mistake caused. I expect Big Al's to take responsibility by refunding the cost of the faulty tune-up and reimbursing me for the additional expenses I incurred because of their error. We received the row location for our vehicle. The lot is well laid out and marked so that you can find your pick quickly and get to work removing what you need. We received great customer service throughout the process. You should bring the tools necessary to remove the part you want from the car. They provide a wheel barrel for you to place place parts in and bring them to checkout. I was impressed with the improved check in, the cars they had for sale, the cleanliness of the pick lot and the amount of space allowed between each vehicle to help you get to the part you want without squeezing by.
