This place deserves NO stars.. The owner is a dick. I went in to get an alternator for my 2018 Nissan maxima and he gave me one for a Ford. When my boyfriend took it back he told him that I asked for it for the wrong car. And also said oh well it was in the wrong box.. I took my car to my mechanic and it's a faulty alternator. When my boyfriends takes it back to exchange it since it has warranty. He proceeded to cuss him out and starts yelling in face and following him outside to try and fight him mind you the owner is like 80 years old trying to fight. He's rude and disrespectful!!! Would never recommend anyone to go to this place. !!! Even if it is a local business... This place needs to be shut down the Google reviews should speak for itself about this place !!!! read more

I am a girl so I don't much about cars I have to have a male input so when I call to ask for a part I just wanted help and a price. I called the store to ask about shocks and strut i called auto zone, oreilly and this place. Autozone and oreilly gave me the quote without asking extra questions I didn't know. All I knew was the year make and model and the part I needed. The man on the phone had an attitude right when he answered, and even more when I asked to give me a second to ask my uncle what the answer was to his question. He asked for me to call back when i knew and I asked if he could repeat the question cause I put him on speaker to ask the question. He was rude and said "next time call when you know" so I said you don't have to be rude I'm a girl. I don't even know how this place is open for business the owner is rude as hell don't let me talk cussing at me. I tried to call ask him about the alternator I bought I took the car they checked it said it was alternator ended up selling me the wrong one and wants to tell me it's not his problem, he ain't giving my money back and to stop talking and let him talk I can see if I told him exactly which alternator I needed but he checked it and sold me the wrong one so yea I paid for it not knowing cuz they are they ones that should know! smh don't go there for anything they need to be closed down! That man is the rudest owner I've ever met. For him to be pointing his fingers in my face and telling me I'm not a mechanic and I don't know what I'm talking about. Basically calling me and my husband stupid. I'm sorry sir you sold us a cheap part that did not work. All we had was a question on what our other options were, but you have to come up to us with your attitude. As a customer I have never been yelled at by An owner or manager of any business place. What a waste of $217 that I will never get back. You a basically a thief and reading your other reviews you have done this to many people before. Its so sad how previous people have had issues with these guys. And i had to experience this also. The owner is a total jerk, i have had my business and thank god for all customers that bring us work and i would never never do what this idiot did. Treat a customer that could bring him a lot of work and would refer a lot of business. I will pay the extra and stick to O Riles and AutoZone. We had bought a part and it was not the correct piece weather it was there error or ours not sure. but called the Nueces and ask as nice a we can if we could return the part and due to being so busy we did not get to return part within a day and also being that due to the covid we were partially closed. He said i can not return it and even calling me a lier just out of the blue, and never once giving me a chance to even explain or talk and that cause, i was being really nice. So at the end i told him to go F#@!@ him self, and i will never send or by from this guy again. Its so sad how you try to help others that are small buisness as we are and he treats people like this.
