I am not a car person but I can handle the basics. Each time I have needed parts (wipers, filters,…read morebatteries, fuses, etc.) I want to go to O'Reily's because I get consistantly good service. Today was no exception. I ordered a battery for my Subaru Outback because it was not in stock at the local store and I got a good discount by ordering on line. When it arrived, the box was torn and the battery had been damaged in transit. The positive terminal was bent. I took it to the store and Adrian at the counter checked it out and ordered one for the next day. He told me to come back when he was on duty. I arrived and Adrian took care of the exchange of batteries, took out my old battery (which not holding a charge well), installed the new battery and refunded the core price deposit. He was very polite and helpful. That is the way I have had service with all the personnel at my O'Reilys store. I decided to buy a set of wipers. Adrian helped select them and installed them. I know I can figure how to install these things, but it is nice to have that little service. People like Adrian keep me coming back to O'Reilys on Lawrenceville Hwy.

We went in looking for a wrench to replace a battery. When Jamie learned what we were doing, he had…read moreus put the wrench back on the and came outside with tools to change the battery himself. It was chilly and windy out and the configuration of our battery had him puzzling how to get it out for several minutes - we really appreciated the help - he went above and beyond. Great store, friendly, helpful employees. I'd go out of my way to come here again if I needed parts or anything auto related.

Rude! I've never been to this location before so I called in to see if they would assist me with…read morethe issue I was having with my car. It was an older black guy with grey hair (i believe in his beard/mustache and/or his hair) who spoke to me in a very condescending, agitated tone over the phone. I hung up. Found that location and went inside. When I got there, the older man said nothing to me, he actually was talking sh* t to the other guy that was there as I scan the house looking for my item, but he thought that I did not hear him and because of that I didn't buy anything from the store. BUT there was a younger guy there, who was very polite and he helped me and explained to me what the problem could be. He also let me know that the issue I was experiencing wasn't something that they could look into, but he was able to give me information on how to solve the problem and pointed me in the right direction. He was also patient with me (being that I was saying the name wrong of the part that I needed), but we figured it out. **just a word of advice for the future; not everyone (especially us women) knows about cars and not everyone knows the proper term for certain names/ parts needed for cars. especially when alot of ppl always take their car to the shop for issues, but then one day at 8pm/ish it does something random (and you aren't near home ) so you freak out and you try to get the problem fix immediately. I understand it was maybe 45 minutes before they close. However, this is their job and the store still had 45mins until closing . It's completely OK to be kind and give grace to ppl, especially nowadays! You never know what someone is going through :) 2.7/5 for overall experience.

The service department is definitely hit or miss depending on the service advisor that you are…read moreassigned to. So much so that I only book appointments if my preferred advisor (Saeid) has appointments. Out of the advisors that I've worked with (and unfortunately there have been several since my purchased-new-from-this-location BMW X5 has had constant issues each and every month since purchase), he seems to be the only competent and professional one. Takes his time explaining what is going on with the car, has no problem telling you when an additional repair recommended from the mechanics are simply up-sells and unnecessary. But woe unto you if you get stuck with one of the dud advisors. It's like night and day. Case and point Cindy, never seen a lazier service advisor in my life. She can't even be bothered to get you from the waiting area, she will call you on the phone from her office 20 feet away and tell you to come find her. Then you get to sit near in front of her while she hacks her smokers cough while punch typing on the keyboard. Or take Elias who spends your entire appointment flirting with female staff in his office, and does work on your car that you've never authorized (I kid you not, I came in for a tire replacement and 3 hours later find out that Elias decided to have the mechanic do an oil change, change the air filters, etc. and he was absolutely befuddled why I wouldn't thank him for having extra work done). At least Desmond isn't there extending your time doing unauthorized repairs - in fact, he's just there existing doing nothing but sitting like a bump on a log. But rest assured, each of them will beg you to fill out the survey afterwards like it's life and death. And whatever you do, don't put any contact information on the sales website if you're even remotely interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I swear the sales staff all had previous lives as call center telemarketers or bill collectors for Sallie Mae; they are going to harass you so bad you'll want to change your number, email, address...and don't ever make the mistake of going to look for a new vehicle in person there, they've actually strategically stood between me and the door to force me to talk to them before leaving. You'd think if they were that desperate for a sale then the prices would reflect that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Such an incredibly disappointing experience with the service…read moredepartment. Please save your time, money, and mental wellbeing and go to a local place. They completely dropped the ball. To begin, I brought my x3 to this dealership about a month ago because water was somehow getting into the passenger side floorboard during heavy rains. So they tell me my sunroof drain is clogged... okay, fine, even though it's only on the floor and that doesn't make much sense I trusted them and give them $600 to unclog a drain. A few weeks go by with no rain, and the second it does my car is filling with water again. The first time they "fixed" this problem, they recommended I rip out my carpet and have them dry it for 2k (which I declined to dry it myself)... Imagine I did that and then my car filled with water again weeks later..... I bring my car back to them last week and they again say it's my sunroof but this time want 3k to replace the seal and that my cassette might be cracked and god knows how much they would have asked to replace that, and send me a very deceiving video of water going into the drain (a function that is supposed to happen) to tell me they found where it's coming in through the sunroof. I had some concerns about this because it did not seem to be the problem but I could never ask anybody about them because every single time I called, my advisor was "not available". I was told he would give me a call back which did not happen and when I asked the guy to please make sure he calls me back he actually laughed at me. So I decided to pull my vehicle and take it to a local euro car shop, who just found in 1 hour that my car is missing firewall plugs and therefore water is getting into the cabin... which is exactly where I kept asking the service department to check. Oh and they only want $250 to fix it. I will never be returning to this dealership nor recommending it to anybody. Absolutely terrible experience, honestly appalled at the lack of professionalism from a BMW dealership.
