The bulb was super delicate and I would've definitely busted it if I had tried installing it myself. The person kept lying that "service would be done in few mins" 2. Service rep incorrectly assumed the car was from a rental agency. 3. After maintenance, the car was sent to car wash and the car got "lost" and advisor spent 1hr finding the car and finishing the wash. Was eventually told that the car in the service line never got in the queue for wash. 4. Also noticed a wrong key was handed to another customer. Absolutely chaotic management and gross service. Will complain via survey as well as Engagement Center about this place. Will NOT return after 10k maintenance

It's been 6 months since I purchased from here and I continue to love my new ride! Nate guided me, step by step, throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and respected it. He was not pushy and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. As everyone knows, purchasing a car takes some time. Nate checked in on me even while I was talking with other departments (finance, IT, etc). At one point he got me food from the food court to make sure I wasn't getting hangry, haha. During my 6 month service I had Marvin as my service advisor. The process was easy and quick. I opted to grab food from their cafeteria and he found me once my car was done being serviced. Throughout my apportionment I was receiving text msgs and videos of the status of my car. I found that to be very helpful. Car buying can be challenging but Carlos and Nate really made this process easy and enjoyable for me. I'm extremely happy with my decision on joining the Lexus family!

My tires are @ 7/23" so still good wear left on my Michelin Defender tires w/80,000 mile warranty. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30am. They asked me if I wanted a tire alignment. I said if they need it. Evidently it needed it. I saw the technician pull my car out of the bay & drive around to the front so I was expecting to get my car & go. Waiting no car in the front or side lots???? Where did my car go? I walked around outside & saw my car in the back lot. That's when they told me they did the alignment but hadn't done the tire rotation yet? After the alignment they forgot to do the rotation so I had to wait longer @ 11:30am to get the rotation.
