I purchased a brand-new 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ from this dealership, and it has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. Since November 2025, the vehicle has suffered the same high-voltage failure FOUR different times. The first time, it left my family stranded in Indiana during Thanksgiving in below-zero temperatures after the heat stopped working. Most recently, the vehicle completely shut down on the side of the road in 90+ degree weather with my young child in the car. The latest repair required replacing the entire high-voltage battery, yet Cadillac's response is for me to pick the vehicle up for a FIFTH time just to see if the problem happens again. At what point does customer safety become more important than continuing to experiment with a customer's vehicle? I've spent nearly three months without the vehicle while still making my monthly payments. I've lost confidence that this vehicle is safe or reliable, and despite four documented failures, I'm still fighting for Cadillac to do the right thing. This isn't what anyone expects when they spend well over $100,000 on a luxury vehicle. I expected exceptional customer service and a company that would stand behind its product. Instead, I've received repeated breakdowns, repeated repairs, and repeated excuses. If you're considering buying an EV from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to ask how they handle situations when a vehicle repeatedly experiences the same dangerous failure. Based on my experience, don't expect a timely resolution. I'm simply asking Cadillac to take responsibility for a vehicle that has repeatedly proven to be unsafe.

I am one of those people who wear a watch every day. About four years ago, I had my watch battery…read morereplaced at Batteries Plus for the first time. Two years later, I went back for another replacement, since watch batteries typically last around two years. That time, the associate suggested I opt for their "KITWATCHLIFE" service, a lifetime battery replacement for that specific watch, for $21.99 plus tax. It was only about $9 more than a standard battery replacement, so I figured that if I used it just one more time, I would come out ahead. I was told all I would need to do in the future was provide my phone number. I saved my receipt, just in case. Fast forward to today, I returned for another battery replacement. The store was empty except for one associate, Samantha. At first, she seemed hesitant, not because she didn't want to honor the lifetime service, but because she was concerned about damaging an expensive watch. She mentioned that if the watch was worth more than $150, they might instead offer to refund the lifetime service fee or transfer it to a different watch. I told her the battery had already been replaced twice there without issue. She decided to proceed and, to my surprise, replaced the battery in just a few minutes, much faster than previous visits. In the end, I definitely got my money's worth. If you have a watch that isn't particularly expensive, I think this is a good program to consider at Batteries Plus. Just be aware that some staff might be cautious if your watch is on the pricier side.

I broke my phone and the screen was cracked and they fixed it in 1hr 30 mins. Come here if you want…read morequality repairs in small timepieces.

This place is awful. They play off this family run business. Lol…read moreAlso, they are more expensive than other places. Their hourly rate was higher than any car dealership. (Their reply was: "well, we aren't the cheapest." I wasn't looking for the cheapest, but I do hate feeling ripped off.) I don't think customer service is their thing. Oh well. You were warned.

They used a ridiculous amount of rim sealant that it oozed out onto my rims and sprayed up on my car. if this wasn't bad enough, I got a flat tire and discovered that they torqued the living shit of the lug nuts (despite me asking them to torque to the required ft pound OEM specs. while trying to change the flat, I couldn't break the lug nuts free with a Milwaukee impact wrench that is rated for 600 ft pounds of torque. Even a 4 foot breaker bar wouldn't get the lug nuts loose. I had to get a tow to another tire shop which had to use a an air compressor-based impact wrench to get off bolts. They first tried their largest battery impact wrench which they use for all tire removal and that wouldn't budge the lug nuts. The other tire shop said they had never seen lug nuts at this high torque levels. 5 nuts were ruined removing the tire and the new shop fix the flat and replace all lug nuts on the car and torque to proper torque specs. This place may have a heart but they have no brains to torque nuts this tight, despite asking them to follow factory specifications. Never Again!!!!
