I rarely leave negative reviews, but after everything my family has been through, I feel obligated…read moreto warn others. I purchased a brand-new 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ from this dealership, and it has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. Since November 2025, the vehicle has suffered the same high-voltage failure FOUR different times. The first time, it left my family stranded in Indiana during Thanksgiving in below-zero temperatures after the heat stopped working. Most recently, the vehicle completely shut down on the side of the road in 90+ degree weather with my young child in the car. The latest repair required replacing the entire high-voltage battery, yet Cadillac's response is for me to pick the vehicle up for a FIFTH time just to see if the problem happens again. At what point does customer safety become more important than continuing to experiment with a customer's vehicle? I've spent nearly three months without the vehicle while still making my monthly payments. I've lost confidence that this vehicle is safe or reliable, and despite four documented failures, I'm still fighting for Cadillac to do the right thing. This isn't what anyone expects when they spend well over $100,000 on a luxury vehicle. I expected exceptional customer service and a company that would stand behind its product. Instead, I've received repeated breakdowns, repeated repairs, and repeated excuses. If you're considering buying an EV from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to ask how they handle situations when a vehicle repeatedly experiences the same dangerous failure. Based on my experience, don't expect a timely resolution. I'm simply asking Cadillac to take responsibility for a vehicle that has repeatedly proven to be unsafe.

The loaner I was given was gas bc apparently that wasn't an option for me either. My car ended up staying here for 3 days -- day 2 I got a call about some recall and basically also forced to give up my 3rd row or trunk space - no answer as to when this would be fixed -- they simply didn't care. I put $50 on gas that basically filled up this silly loaner and was still charged $73 on top -- they don't answer the email regarding this either. My car needed fluid washer, something they also didn't do -- the simplest form of maintenance for a vehicle that spent 3 days at this dealer and they still didn't make it happen. Horrendous service -- I will never come back here!

The hardware store near my house was unable to replace the battery. A new car fob can cost hundreds- even more at the dealer. I'd rather spend @$30 than be unable to open or start my car. They were very courteous and efficient.

I am one of those people who wear a watch every day. About four years ago, I had my watch battery…read morereplaced at Batteries Plus for the first time. Two years later, I went back for another replacement, since watch batteries typically last around two years. That time, the associate suggested I opt for their "KITWATCHLIFE" service, a lifetime battery replacement for that specific watch, for $21.99 plus tax. It was only about $9 more than a standard battery replacement, so I figured that if I used it just one more time, I would come out ahead. I was told all I would need to do in the future was provide my phone number. I saved my receipt, just in case. Fast forward to today, I returned for another battery replacement. The store was empty except for one associate, Samantha. At first, she seemed hesitant, not because she didn't want to honor the lifetime service, but because she was concerned about damaging an expensive watch. She mentioned that if the watch was worth more than $150, they might instead offer to refund the lifetime service fee or transfer it to a different watch. I told her the battery had already been replaced twice there without issue. She decided to proceed and, to my surprise, replaced the battery in just a few minutes, much faster than previous visits. In the end, I definitely got my money's worth. If you have a watch that isn't particularly expensive, I think this is a good program to consider at Batteries Plus. Just be aware that some staff might be cautious if your watch is on the pricier side.
