I live across the bay, so I waited there and they didn't mind a bit. Reed, my service advisor, walked me through every step offering but not pushing extras. Got an oil change, wash, vacuum, full safety sweep--all for under one fifty so I feel thrifty! Communication spot-on, my car's running like a dream. Oh, and they even helped me pair Waze to Bluetooth when I couldn't figure it out. Comfortable waiting room too--free water, coffee, snacks, Reed lent me a phone charger which was handy because I forgot mine... and there's this adorable orange cat called Beamer who just melts your heart. They are dog friendly and my lovely whippet Twinkie got many compliments and lots of love even from Beamer, which puzzled her but made her roll her eyes. Ten out of ten, will absolutely go back. Highly recommend BMW of Mobile. BMW of Mobile also sell New and Used BMW's and MINI's as well as trade-ins. The employees seem friendly and helpful. The facility is modern and clean. It was nicely decorated for the holidays. My car was serviced for the estimated price and within the promised time period. I didn't even notice it until I pulled up in my driveway and only one side of the back of my son's Jeep was lit up from my headlights. I knew I had get that fixed ASAP. So, we called O'Reilly and they told us that they sell the headlights, and they will also install it if they aren't busy and the weather isn't bad. Awesome! Sure enough, we went and bought a set of two (in case the other blows out) and the girl checking us out also sold us a tiny packet of grease, which keeps the moisture out and helps with the connection. We sure wouldn't have know we needed that. We paid our $34 and walked out and she put the new light in for us. Easy peasy! If I need anything minor like that in the future, I will definitely return to O'Reilly's.

Dropped in to get my battery and alternator tested because a couple of days ago my Honda Accord…read moredidn't start without help. I waited for about 20 minutes because Erika was the only person in the store. Another employee was helping a customer with the same request outside, a battery test. And another employee left early, I heard him tell Erika he had to leave an hour early to take care of some things. Normally, I would've cut out and went to auto store but Erika was holding it down. The employee outside was not quite comfortable with the battery test so he came inside and Erika went outside to complete the check and to make sure everything went well. She asked me to walk outside with her as she wrapped up with the previous customer. Before I we outside, I asked the other employee if he was comfortable running the battery/ alternator test on my car and he said "I am not". No worries, Erika to the rescue. She performed the check, gave me the report and also gave me options to replace my battery, which had a bad cell. She answered my questions, waited on customers and greeted customers as they walked in. AutoZone at Moffett is what it is because of Queen Erika. Her stellar, customer service and work ethic are outstanding. (-1 star because the other employee didn't have a clue) Girl, I'll see you soon for that battery, it was a great price after all. He gave me some names but also said it could probably make it home but to get it looked at and repaired. He was concerned I was traveling along but let him know my son was in separate car and planned to follow. Also, I asked them to look at the front hubs and lockers on my 4x4 truck. It's been one week, and the hubs are humming badly while I'm on a family trip. Guess I'll have to bring it to a shop that knows 4x4 trucks and gets the job done right the first time and not the third.
