The craftsmanship and the attention to detail of this installation is top notch. Everything is clean. The gaps in the installation kit (don't know what it's called....the housing for the head unit) are all perfectly aligned. I visited the area from a different state during the July 4th weekend and even being lightly staffed, took my car. Heard my concerns and not only identified the issue but addressed it! I was fortunate to have found this shop with positive reviews and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop for your auto mechanical needs. They could have taken advantage of a visitor but did not. Instead, they helped me with empathy and integrity. I can only imagine how they help support their community and "everyday" customers. What they charged me was also very respectful and value was worth it all. They saved me and my family during a holiday weekend. I can't say any more positive feedback for this shop. Their inside location was also very spacious and accommodating. Thank you again to Matt & Joel and kudos to the shop owner for the culture development.

Found a truck on autotrader, keller bros dodge in Lititz. I call ahead of time to say I'm coming…read morefor a certain truck and they say ok we'll have it ready. I get there and they have no idea where the truck is. After 4 hours and trying to flip me to another truck (no, I drove 2 hours for a specific truck) they finally figure out that the truck they advertised for sale on autotrader is the same one they loaned out to someone that had their truck in for service. They said it would be back that day. Nope. Then 2 days. Nope. Then on the 4th day they drove it to me and I find out that it has 3k miles more on it than was advertised. All the pics and paperwork said 23k, when I drive it there are 26k on it. I complained and got a free oil change. Then a few weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the bank red flagged my paperwork and the loan isn't funded. Someone at the dealer fat fingered my ssn so it didn't match paperwork. So they ask me to email my ssn to them. Not a chance. Who asks to send ssn through unsecure email?!? I call the bank and settle it myself. Then I get notices from PA DMV that they don't have my previous cars plate, the one I traded in to Keller. So that issue is ongoing, don't know where the plate is yet. It's a shame because the salesman was a good kid, he tried. He hadn't been trained well on vehicle specifics or just didn't do his homework, because he didn't know a lot about the truck or even the dreaded "hemi tick" associated with rams, but he was nice to deal with. The incompetence at this place is astounding. Go somewhere else.

Kerry was very detailed oriented, patient, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to comprehend my situation. I ended up leaving that day with a new car and couldn't be more happier. I definitely recommend this place if anyone is searching for a certified used/new vehicle, especially when working for Kerry! Thank you Keller Bros!

This place just came up as recommended wen I was searching for a repair facility. Fortunately for…read moreme, unfortunately for my kid, I knew all about these wanna-be mechanics from a few years back. Long story short - their head mechanic didn't know how to check oil properly on her Nissan crossover? (name escapes me) Three times in the shop and they tell her the oil is over full. I go in, act dumb and ask if they could show me how to check the oil since I got blamed for it anyway "your dad is over filling it" Stooge pulls dip stick and proclaims "see overfill again by twice" Me - "flip that dip stick over" Dude had no words because the other side had NOTHING on it because they drained 5 quarts the day before because "it was overfilled" I promptly asked the gentleman "if you toss a stick in a bucket of oil, is it possible to only get oil on one side of said stick?" Note: these cars/engines have an oil drain back hole directly above the dip stick which covers it with oil several inches up the stick, on one side. Even a moron knows to wipe the stick and reinstall to check and look at both sides. A not-so-certified village idiot should know these cars are best checked after they have sat awhile, regardless this poor village idiot was happy to run out 5 minutes after we arrived and check it without ever having a towel in mind. Way to go imbecile. Needless to say, it never left the place and the motor was hammering because they told her to run it and I want putting oil in it again for them to blame me for overfilling. A few days later we stopped in and find in an attempt to get the warranty co to pay for a motor, they blew it up. The one lucky actually told us what they were doing. Obviously totally oblivious to the fact he was saying they were trying to commit insurance fraud. Good luck if you go here or if, like my kid, AutoMax sends you here because their shop is backed up. These geniuses will fix your vehicle right up like Dewey, Cheatum & Howe, attorneys at law would fix you up on legal issues. Well, that statement isn't fair.
