My grandson ,went there for what was to be a simple oil change.in the process of doing that tech removed the transmission plug instead of oil plug,so fluid leaked out.Plus recommended other work n was done. Upon leaving the car made noises he hadn't heard before,so took it back n conversation didn't go well . Couldn't admit up front (they made an error ,so technically lied about it. Stated the under carriage worked on wasn't wiped down ,showing salt n road grim but clearly from the pics he had it was. So at his expense it was towed to His dealer where it was bought n after checking it out ,yes confirmed,it was Jiffy Lubes fault ,so now he had another bill to pay ,lost 2 days of work n all they would compensate him for was the oil change in the end. I should think with a business you hv n bad employees that don't know what they're doing ,he wouldn't have a job any longer. So I see them for my next Oil change n my family n friends.....never to go there .And after reading quite a few reviews, Jiffy Lube shouldn't even be in business! I would highly recommend NOT getting services from this location. Two weeks ago, I got my oil changed and a week later I had to go to a mechanic who discovered that all of the oil spilled because the filter wasn't securely put back in. I was riding around with no oil and this could have severly damaged my engine. They are giving me a refund but do you think I would trust them again to service my vehicle? Absolutely not. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I I got a routine oil change on 9/5. The next day I woke up to find oil leaking on my driveway. I took it back to jiffy lube and they said it was my drain plug and they tightened it. The next day, it was still leaking. I took it back for a third time. They told me there was nothing I could do and to take it to my dealership. I took it to VW and they said whoever changed my oil nearly stripped the oil pan (a $1200 part). Long story short, I had to come out of pocket $116 at VW for them to fix the issue that Jiffy Lube caused. I called this location back and told them of the issues. I was reassured that they would process a refund the next day so long as I bring back my original receipt. I drove to the store (now for the 4th time) and was told they could no longer honor the refund stating they never touched my drain plug. Now I'm out over $200 for a simple oil change. PSA for what it's worth, I was told by my local VW dealership that they end up fixing a lot of Jiffy Lube mistakes. Get your oil changed here at your own risk! read more

Just a heads up, when you get there nothing is said to you other than "we'll come in and talk to you" they send you inside and 10 minutes later after your vehicle is pulled in with the hood up a man comes in and asks what kind of oil I want use. Conveniently they out of the basic oil at 49.99. so my options are $80 oil or higher.(79.99). I go to pay the bill and it's $96. Insane to me but I had to get it done NEVER GOING BACK. And they didn't add air to the tires, they were same as I went in so they probably didn't do any of other things they say they checked read more

The most painless oil change (and quickest) ever. Immediately greeted by the nice young people working and the extremely nice owner (maybe?) as you walk in. For once, I wasn't pressured to get something I didn't need or the more expensive oil. Truly everyone was so nice and as a woman going to get her car worked on, people will likely try to take advantage like it's 1950. These people were fantastic. Brought my car in for a simple oil change. I actually brought my own oil they said they would discount me a whopping three dollars. Which They forgot to do. I was Sitting in the lobby and I wondered to myself "why haven't they tried to sell me anything yet?" I see my car get pulled out and now I start going through the receipt. They say they filled the tires to 35 pounds one out of the four was at 35. On the receipt it says it was vacuumed it was definitely not vacuumed. They say they checked the air filter usually this is an up charge scam but I wouldn't have bought it anyway. it needs a new one and they didn't try because they didn't look. Says the overflow bottle is full and it's barely showing on the register so thanks for letting me know I need Anti Freeze . A service that they provide. I did see them put in the new oil filter and they did use my oil and I did have a $15 coupon so it's not a total loss but I didn't get what I paid for. read more

The staff here were friendly and efficient. They did my oil change literally in 10 minutes. I've never had an oil change that quickly. Granted, no other customers were there due to the pandemic, but still, it was incredibly fast. They did not try to sell me extras or push anything on me. They also gave complimentary services like tire check. They were all very nice as well. Additionally, the facility seemed to take sanitation seriously for the customers and staff. read more

They locked the keys in the car and had to use a wedge and metal hanger to get it open. Took a long time and had scratches on the paint near the window and in the door. Tried to offer a car wash for the trouble. Will never go back. read more

They are fine for an oil change but don't do inspection there...found multiple problems with my son's car and failed him only totaled it to another garage and they said there was nothing wrong. The mechanic said that it was obvious that whoever tried to inspect it before didn't know what they were doing. read more

Went here to get an oil change. Brought my own oil and filter because most places, from my experience don't carry synthetic diesel oil. Anyway these people wanted to charge me over $200 for just the actual service, and no products. After much arguing and a phone call to the owner I was able to leave there for $100, which is still way too much. A full-on diesel mechanic doesn't even charge $100 dollars an hour for actual real mechanical work. I still cannot believe what they did to me. I'm sure regular oil changes for gasoline engines are a decent deal but these people are completely immoral for doing this to me. read more

Just purchased a car in a county that does not require emissions, so I have 10 days to get the emissions testing completed. Took my car to Jiffy Lube on Kaylor RD, Hummelstown, PA for the emissions testing and was told that the OBD (data) port had no power to it. Now it's a federal offense if this was tampered with. I did not believe this and figured that they just didn't want to do it so I took the car to Autozone and asked them t hook up their scanner to tell me if they are able to get it read anything..... Imagine that they were able to get it to read. then took my car to Monro Muffler and brakes in Elizabethtown, PA, they double checked the port and their scanner reads just fine from the port as well so scheduled appt for emissions for there. Seems to me Jiffy Lube just didn't want to do an emissions test on my car as they wouldn't have been able to upsell me on anything. If you don't to do a job just tell me, don't lie to me about something that isn't true. read more

I used to go here-UNTIL They kept finding stuff wrong with my vehicle and I knew that I just had thst "problem" repaired! Once they changed my "serpantine belt" I paid for that. Then 3 months later they told me that it needed a new one again! I told them to JUST do the oil change and Ieft! I am not stupid- nor do I like to be "ripped-off"!!! I went here on Saturday 1/2/21 to get a quick oil change. When my vehicle was driven into the bay for service, there were 2-3 techs swarming around as usual. Due to Covid I was standing outside and was watching things just to pass the time. One of the techs wanted to show me the air filter, I never saw anyone more awkward using a screwdriver, he then asked me how much I paid for my truck. I gave him a rough figure to get out of this awkward situation......... Then I continued to stand there for over half an hour, so I asked what was going on. Jiffy Lube didn't have the correct oil for my vehicle, so someone had to go to the auto parts store to buy oil. I've already been there for an hour at this point. The girl gets back and 3 techs dump the oil in, of course they spilled some down over the engine. My bill was $101.17 for 7 quarts of oil and a filter. On my discharge sheet all of the air and fluid levels were marked ok. However, I know that I have a tire that's a few pounds low and my washer fluid was below halfway. So in closing, on top of getting JUST my oil changed, no fluid checks or air in my tires, they also neglected to vacuum the floor mats like they did to every other vehicle while I was waiting. read more

I took my wife's car here for an oil change and was immediately bombarded with all sorts of attempts to sell me other services. I think they spent more time taking the car apart to show me different filters and other serviceable areas than they did on the oil change. In that process they ended up breaking an air hose that goes under the hood and didn't even tell me. I found out later when I was double checking the oil level...maybe they changed it, but I am not even sure because I was too busy fending off sales propositions from some teenage votech dropout. Don't go here. At any cost. Other small shops are cheaper and much better service. read more

Ultimate Car Wash & Lube has changed hands and is now a Jiffy Lube. I've been twice since they changed. Service has been friendly, although I'm not a big fan of their polite-pushy additional sales techniques that you see at all JL locations. Wait times have been decent so far as well. Docking stars because they've removed some of my favorite things that their predecessor did. Topping off wiper fluid is no longer free, and the free car wash ticket is now just a few bucks off. read more

I called and asked how long an oil change would take. They said 15-20 minutes. It was over 90 minutes until they started to work on the car, and the service took over 45 minutes. When it was done, they let the car sit for 30 minutes before coming in to ring me up. I wasted an unnecessarily large amount of time for a simple oil change. I will not come back here. read more

Most horrible experience ever!!! I went for a simple state inspection and emissions test. They had one vehicle ahead of me, sat there for almost 3 hours with no updates on progress. I saw 3 people who came in after me taken care of, till i finally asked what was going on. Then he says, u passed emissions now we will start on the inspection. After another 45 minutes, i check again, and a black guy who was not even dealing with my car comes at me and almost shouts at me to complain to the manager and not to speak with him. I had not even approached him in the first place! Would never go here again. In the end they did give me a $10 discount but who cares!! read more
