I took my truck in for an updating on the computer because I got a verification from the factory all of a sudden it wouldn't pass inspection because of an air leak the first day. the second day the gas pedal wouldn't operate the vehicle that needed to be fixed. the third day the break canister was leaking. The truck has 9000 miles it is in pristine brand new shape so obviously they're working the public to keep their shop busy and that terrible the reason this Courtney has kept in there because she's a pro at it. Beware of their service department because this has been an ongoing thing and it's been documented through many sources. I would never go there again. It doesn't even write one star!

I had furry adorable cats with me, and we all pumped the car full of gas here and were grateful that it existed so that we didn't have to pay the premium prices on the highway. It was really late but they were still open and other than the high prices for convenience store items and the average gas prices, there is nothing to complain about here and I was grateful as I said.

I needed it do now because i don't know if I had another start to my old one.he said come on down would be his 1st battery change! When I got there he knew me by the phone call and went outside to check my battery it was a sure thing that I needed a new one so I went inside to pay while my battery was being installed he even took time to clean my one terminal from corrosion .i learned it he wasn't new to working at auto zone he worked at the one near me for 3 years and at this one for 2 weeks. He will be an asset to this store he took very good care of me! He told me about different batteries I chose the one I needed he even checked my other starter components and was all good to go! Guy over the phone told me he had a silver one there and quoted the rear bumper at $150-when i asked about the hood and the headlight and package it up for a good price he told me he had to check with the owner. I offered him since he was a U-PULL it auto parts yard $300 cash and ill pull the parts myself. He calls me back 5mins later and tells me $650 and they will pull the parts. I'm confused is this business a u-pull it yourself yard or a used auto parts yard. After that counter-offer of more than 2x my offer-i told him to keep his parts and have a nice day. If m&m u-pull it had the parts the bumper cover is $40 and the hood is $40 and the headlight assembly is $25. Oh by the way his headlight assembly was cloudy and i still offered him $100. I will never call this business ever again since this business doesn't know what it is and their prices reflect this statement.

I recommend this AutoZone location. I bought an air pump at another location and it didn't work…read morewell. I also had blisters on my fingers from trying to get the air pump to screw on and off. My tire still lost air. The folks at this location let me exchange it for a pricier one and pay the difference. It was easy peasy. I was happy with my experience here.

The guy at counter was super rude and when I asked if he could replace a couple bulbs headlight…read morebulbs he replied " probably not" and didn't even attempt and had no customers in store at time.I realize their is a shortage of workers but this is ridiculous!! My friend replaced the bulbs in 5 minutes.
