We stopped in right before the dealership was about to close, 9 minutes before to be exact. We didn't intend on working a deal, but just wanted to stop in and see what they had on the lot since car dealerships have had limited inventory due to the chip shortage. We saw something we liked, so I went in just to ask a few questions. Jeff made it clear that he was willing to work a deal right then and there, if we were. We hesitated because we didn't want to be rude and keep them there late, but the Nash team insisted it was ok. I told Jeff that I was a no BS kind of guy, and I wanted to get a few thing out there before we even started running credit etc.. Everything that I had concerns about, he put to rest and honored his word the whole way through the process. I told him we didn't want my credit run more than once, and I wanted to know up front if we were going to be paying more because of the vehicle shortage. He assured me the online price was the price, and by the time we signed the papers, it was. Our credit was also only ran one time as promised. There were no hidden fees, and nobody pushing anything that we didn't want pushed on us. We also were financing the vehicle under our business. I thought it might be a problem to do this being that it was after hours and Saturday, but it wasn't. Even though commercial financing costs a little more, we were still very pleased with our rate. Because the dealership was technically closed, there was nobody there to detail it, but Jeff promised that we could schedule something the following week and they would get it cleaned up for us. The pandemic has been tough on dealerships. There are fewer cars to sell, and employees that still need to be paid. Many dealerships have been marking up their vehicles 10 or 15k over the MSRP to help offset that. I'm so grateful to Nash Chevrolet for not taking advantage of us. As I told Jeff before we left, he has gained a customer for a life and I will be happy to refer anybody that I know to him.

After bringing my 2025 Chevy Traverse in, due to the check engine light being on and the vehicle rough idling and overheating, Service Advisor (Sedrick) informed me that the upper radiator hose was leaking coolant and that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty, so I expected the dealership to stand behind their product and provide a courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired. (Also, Sedrick stated the hose was not in stock and could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months before the part arrives). Instead, I was denied a courtesy vehicle altogether. Their reason for the denial was I needed a credit card, even though I have a valid driver's license and proof of current insurance. When I asked to see the written policy requiring a credit card none of the staff was able to produce any documentation showing that such policy exists. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told Mike Lambert was home doing home repair work and would not be back until Wednesday, April 1,2026. I asked if there were someone else I could speak with who could make a sound decision, an aggressive NO was the response I received. It makes no sense to tell a customer their vehicle is unsafe to operate and then refuse to provide transportation, especially when the issue is covered under warranty. I had a valid driver's license and proof oof insurance. This left me in a difficult and unnecessary situation. A dealership should prioritize customer safety and honor warranty obligations. unfortunately, that was not my experience here. In addition, the staff I encountered (all male) were not professional, willing to assist or reasonable. DO NOT GO HERE! We used to go to this business when it was…read moreowned by Vo. It is not the same at all. The average star level would be a 1 or 2 if you removed all of Vo's scores. I took my daughter's car here for an electrical issue at 8am on a Tuesday. We didn't hear from them till we called at 2pm to see if there was an update. They said there were no issues with the car and we could come pick it up. We said we wanted to leave it there overnight to make sure the issue didn't resurface, as my daughter needs the car to drive to work and I we don't want her to get stranded. No call the next morning. We called at 11am to see if it was still fine. They hadn't looked at it yet and said they would look at it now. No return call again. We called at 1pm and they said we needed an NEW ENGINE! No, not engine but a new "motor". We asked for an explanation. These are the reasons they provided. 1. They said we had no oil in the car. - My husband has been changing the oil in the car for the last 6 years. My daughter checked the oil last week. There was oil in the car. The car has NEVER not had oil. 2. There was a valve cover leak. - News to us. This was not an issue before we came here. We have never had visible oil around the oil cover. 3. A cylinder is misfiring. - This is a sign that a spark plug or the coil needs to be replaced. I don't know if they thought we didn't know anything about cars because we are women but they are definitely wrong. We immediately went up there to pick up the car. The car was still in the garage with the hood up. There was a large blue oil drain in front of our car that was supposed to bone dry. We drove away and there was a cloud of white smoke. What the heck! We came there was an electrical issue. The car has NEVER had this issue. We pulled over and drove in my car to the auto part store to pick up a quart of oil. No issues after to put oil in the car. I ran a diagnostic on the car because we have a micro mechanic diagnostic reader. NOW the car reads that there cylinder 1 is misfiring. Luckily we know how to change spark plugs and coils. After we fix the damage they did to the car, we're taking it to Hyundai to finally get the electrical looked at. A wait of money and two days of time. We are out $80 for their mandatory diagnostic fee, Vo didn't have this, the price of an emergency quart of oil and the spark plug or oil after we perform the test to see which one is having the issue. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT GO HERE!

He never fixed what was not necessary to fix at the time and would give us a priority list with low pricing that was always honored, of what we needed to pay attention to and when we needed to bring it in for that service. He never took advantage and would even let us get our own parts without the markup and install them for labor only. He was a very fair man and will liked. I miss him greatly. I give Mr Vo 5 stars. The new guys, maybe 2 stars. I believe they have much to learn about customer service. They just don't have the passion for it that he had.

They do not pressure you to get anything done but they explain in detail what needs to be done. Robert is an employee that is very personable and goes in depth letting you know what is wrong or what could go wrong if something isn't taken care of soon.
