I just went to the store yesterday for a few things, I was in line for 20+ mins because she was taking forever to ring up the other customers talking and making recommendations. I put my items on the counter and she's asking what car I'm buying the coolant for, I tell her (even though I didn't want unwarranted advice from her). She questioned my decision and told me that I can return them if they are unopened. I ignored her, paid and took my receipt. She gives me my receipt and says something disrespectful and unnecessary under her breath as she walks away. This is unacceptable behavior, ring up my items and shut the hell up. I didn't ask for your advice. You sell auto parts, you don't fix cars. Just because I give you the make and model of my vehicle doesn't mean you know what my setup is. You don't know if I have the original motor or not. You don't know anything about me or my vehicle. I'll never go back again. When I reminded Matt what he said he said it was a price increase and started to get loud and rude yelling do you want it or not? Then said I'll do you a favor I'll put it back on the shelf and you can go buy it somewhere else! Race? Ignorance? Lack of business skills? I was talking with a guy "Frank" very kind and gracious when I told him I got the wrong one. He sent me the correct mirror I took it to the shop and there was a crack in the mirror housing that appeared after painting prep. The shop where I took the car said I should use the mirror because of the crack so they repaired the mirror that was on the car originally. I told Frank we didn't need either mirror so he sent me a mailing label I shipped them back he credited my credit card! during the whole process Frank was totally helpful and easy to deal with. I wI'll recommend Areo Auto Parts to everyone looking for used replacement parks.
