When we got there, they casually mentioned the repairman called out. Considering our brakes were at 2% functionality, that was a long and honestly dangerous drive that could have been avoided with a 30-second phone call. Since they didn't seem to want the business, we took our $3k+ service down the street to Firestone. How you flop on such a big sale? Definitely won't be back.

I took the car to a mechanic and because the throttle body appeared to be new, they did not realize IT was the problem and replaced accelerator pedal which could not clear the error codes. Finally realizing it was the new throttle body that was causing the problem they replaced it. So after all the trouble shooting time and new parts I spent $1000. Now I call the store and ask if I can return it for refund and they said OK. So I get to the store and they said NO, it has to be in THE BOX, which I threw away days ago. After dumpster diving at my club and at Chuck's garage I finally found A BOX and returned to the store with the new JUNK throttle body that never worked. So I spent $1000 on a project that should have cost only $161.64. I WILL NOT EVER BUY A DAMN THING FROM O'REILLY AUTO PARTS EVER AGAIN AND I'LL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!! The other gentleman in the store this morning greeted me as well, even though he was busy working on something, and was not the attendant helping me with my purchase. Since then i have had nothing but issues with it dying on me and needing to get a jump from someone. I spoke with a the warranty department and they said there would be no problem REPLACING it. I dont want a recharge again as i have had nothing but problems. There is many other auto parts stores in my area and this experience will make it much easier to go to the other stores. Manager was unprofessional and rude about the situation.

I ask newbie questions and they answer them respectfully, never making me feel bad and their recommendations have always been spot on. Victoria helped me purchase some heated gloves and even helped me install it on my motorcycle, even though it was so easy I could have figured it out myself. 10/10 can't wait to make more money so I can go spend it at Cycle Gear.
