They also scratched the side of my jeep, didn't reinstall one of the rubber bumper pads by the spare tire and forgot to put on one of the stem valves on one of my tires! They are shaped like hand grenades. Hard to miss them. March 2025. They ordered a replacement from Best Top. I would call about every week to check on the top. In talking to Jay, It was finally in but why didn't they let me know? They said they left me a message or called me. I'm sorry, no you didn't. Who? Casey. When? I never got a straight answer from them. I had no missed calls, messages or texts from them. Now either they're unorganized or lying. I'm glad we finally got the top replaced but I will not bring my Jeep here again. They even pointed out to me and my husband we were late to an appt. Well for a company that messed the top in the first place, I don't think I'd be pointing that out to the customers. Really classless.

We repaired that chip a few years ago it's still doing great. Then when I got home I looked at the receipt and saw that they charged me for 500 before tax instead of 475 even though I specifically said I was quoted for 475 and he told me it was 475 plus tax!!! WTF Its that kind of dishonesty that really makes me upset about taking my truck to any kind of shop. If this could be fixed I would write a 5 star maybe it was a genuine mistake.
