The tow truck driver kept rescheduling the arrival pickup time "due to traffic " but explained over and over he's nearby within 25 minutes away. He finally arrived 4 hours later with an unapologetic rude attitude for any inconvenience and then calls me ignorant so I slam my hood and walked away. As if he was doing me a favor instead of conducting himself like a normal business human being. I encounter many tow truck drivers but this one looks a little wild & dirty looking. My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

I was searching for 2-days for a driver-side door for my Honda and man did ever get jacked around…read moreby many other yards. I was told $80 dollars for the window-glass for the door, was a good price. When I checked an auto-parts place for new, they wanted $150 for the glass. I really didn't want to pay that much for new or used. On my 3rd day, I tried Venango's used auto-parts on State rd.. I talked to Jack, and I told him my story and asked if he had a driver-side door. He said that he would check and get back to me. I gave him my number and within 1/2 an hour he called me back. He said that they didn't have a door and that he couldn't locate one on his network, but he did have a window glass that would fit and that it was still in the existing door, which was not the right one for me. He said that he would take it out for me and have it for me by 4pm. And he said that I could have it for $50. I was ecstatic when I got there and Jack had it out and was holding the window-glass for me. I didn't even have to give him money before he would do the work. He went the extra-mile without even knowing me. He was a man of his word and even gave me tips of how to install the glass. I was completely satisfied by the professionalism and dedication to serving the customer's needs which was demonstrated at Venango's Auto Parts. I would highly recommend trying this business to meet your needs. Jack is a straight-shooter and he didn't take advantage of me. Maybe he can do you a solid, too?

It seems everyone was in the store to…read morepurchase replacement windshield wiper blades, and the staff was very accommodating to help pick out the correct sizes, get everyone checked out quickly, and even install the blades. They were not satisfied their job was well done until I was back in my vehicle and trying out the blades before driving off.
