Took me 5 hours to get out the door with an oil change. NOT KIDDING!! an oil change took 5 hours. I wish I was making this up. I asked for help finding the correct bulb for my car. While I did not have the exact model information at that moment, my vehicle was parked right outside the store and clearly visible, as the store is quite small. Luis told me that it was my responsibility to provide the exact model and that he could not assist me otherwise. I explained that the day before, another employee had helped me find the correct bulb and even assisted with installing it. Luis responded that this was not his job and that he would not help me with that. His tone was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. I felt unsupported as a customer and ultimately decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. When I told him this, he simply said that was fine. I believe customer service should include a willingness to assist, especially in situations where help is clearly possible. I hope you can address this situation to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Cons: Their pricing for some add ons (which they were recommending) were outrageously priced. For air filter/cabin filter, and oil change, would've been an additional $388.56. If you know nothing about cars, please youtube "how to change cabin filter" and you'll see how simple that is. Oil changes are at maximum $70-$100. So a $388.56 quote for those additional upsell attempts, in my opinion, were crazy high.
