I showed the installer exactly how it was supposed to go on. When I came to pick it up the guy installed it backwards. When I showed him his mistake he refused to believe he screwed it up even though I showed him it wouldn't work in the car. My custom made leather was ruined from his trimming, stapling and gluing. That cost me close to $200.00. No apologies or admitting he did wrong. Only gave me the $40 back for installation after I threw a fit. I would never recommend this company for this type of work. So much so I will never go there again unless it's something only covered under some of their extra warranties I purchased. One of the reasons for my disappointment, which was driving me insane, is that they provided NO explanation as to why one of my car features was not working according to what my owner's manual stated it should do. When I picked my car, I looked the woman dead in the eye and said "it says it right in the owner's manual!" And she just looked at me like "yea I don't care please leave". And no, I was not rude, I just wanted someone to listen to me and explain why it wasn't functioning. I tried calling 2 other dealerships and they did not answer the phone. Finally, this dealership took my call. They transferred me to service immediately, and then transferred me to Gary who was best equipped to answer my question. Gary took all of the time necessary to research why my car wasn't doing what the manual said it should do. He was patient and just as curious as I was! He figured it out at after looking up my VIN number and checking the code on the part. He explained it to me and even sent me an email so I could see for myself. Super nice, super professional, and plain old good at what he does. If this location wasn't 30 minutes away from me I would 100 percent come here for every single vehicle need based on this experience. These are my kind of people! And quite frankly, if I have another shotty body shop / service experience elsewhere .. I might just make the trip so I can go somewhere that gives me confidence! Thanks a million, Gary!! I showed up for my appointment on time and it took 3 employees and 10 minutes to find someone to help me and the other woman waiting with me for an appointment (the manager who set up the appointment with me was nowhere to be found despite confirming the appointment with me twice that day). It seemed like complete chaos. No one was to be found to help us despite several employees walking past us and multiple asking if we'd been helped, seeminglt gling to look for someone to help us. And then nothing happening. This happened 3 times before we finally had someone to help us. Luckily Brooks was fantastic in helping me out - he's the only reason this location receives any stars quite frankly. He was very professional and helpful in letting me test drive and helping me get a great deal.

Philadelphia Insurance had processed our zero deductible claim with Safelite and a glitch on SafeLite's end showed a balance due at the time of my appointment. Apathy on the woman's part made it quite easy to leave and go to Glass America for service.

While getting an oil change at Firestone, they told me that I needed a whole bunch of work done, including two new tires, a coolant flush, and a new battery. My parents recently had found Above & Biondo, so I brought my car there for a second opinion. They told me I didn't need a coolant flush, but I definitely needed a new battery and two new tires down the line. So, I bought the battery and had it installed as well as two tires for later. It cost me about $300 and Firestone quoted me more than 500. I'm going to let that speak for itself. I was in and out of the shop in one hour on a Friday afternoon. The owner is so nice and personable and he didn't mind that I had my dog with me. Thank you, Above and Biondo!
