I had a huge crack across my windshield, so I took it into Advanced Auto Glass. Of which I have been here before, and I was met by Shelby who was great and wanted to get me in that same day. And yes they were busy! I had a previous appointment so couldn't do it until the next day. When I got there was greeted by the young woman at the counter(sorry can't remember your name). Told me it would take about an hour and a half. They took care of my insurance claim. Great price a whole windshield for $100! It was done in an hour and a half. I was referred to Austin at Advanced Auto Glass by my Auto Body guy Wayne, from Fischers Auto Body in Santa Rosa. I have a Maserati GranCabrio and am pretty perticular who works on the car. I've come to trust Wayne, so I trusted his referral. The rear view mirror had a small rattle that was driving me nuts. I brought the car to Austin and it was not going to be an easy fix. Plus, parts are hard to find, and can be expensive. His ingenuity was amazing and he found a better, faster, and affordable way to fix the rattle. The service was great. The repair was great. I love this place. I have been here a few times, once before for front windshield and now today for window regulator that went out. Absolutely amazing people always very nice and very professional, each time I needed something fixed I was able to get it done the next day. My friend also had to get his side window replaced after someone broke into his car and they were able to do it first thing the next morning as well as get it retinted by Ryan Day at Tint By Day which is connected to the same building. Will always be back when I need something fixed or retinted. Waiting room is also very clean and has free drinks! read more

Broke my windshields in my class A motor home after over 2 months being jerked around and finding no shops in the area that want to work on rv's I found advanced auto glass. Super friendly great service and did exactly what they said they would do. Advanced Auto Glass saved me after Safelite left me on Friday afternoon with a car with no windshield over a rainy weekend. Advanced sent out their mobile repair van on Saturday to complete the job Safelite abandoned. These guys are a class act and the best auto glass guys in Sonoma County. My car has an added interior ceiling center pod that interfered with the standard rearview mirror placement, but they had a windshield bracket that would work with my mirror. Problem solved. This is the only auto glass shop to use. read more

Austin, Shelby and team are great! I had a windshield crack that couldn't be fixed so Shelby took care of the insurance claim on the phone. Within a couple minutes, the claim was approved and the windshield replacement scheduled. When I dropped off my SUV for the windshield replacement, I needed to get back to my office so I started to request an UBER. Before I submitted the request for a pickup, Shelby offered to drop me off which was a big help. The windshield replacement was completed within a couple hours and also had my front two windows tinted. Most importantly, the quality of the windshield install was very good. read more

I didn't know my windshield had a rain sensor, when I ordered my cracked windshield to be fixed. The day I was taking it in, I was looking at the windshield and realized I had a rain sensor. Needless to say I was worried that they would have the wrong windshield. Fortunately they had looked up my vehicles vin number and determined it had a rain sensor. Thankfully they got it right because I was going on vacation. It was a pleasure to have my windshield fixed here. They were quick and did a great job. I was very relieved. I took my SUV to this business due to a water leak. Before I could finish explaining the location of said leak Austin, the owner interrupted me and said it was the sunroof causing the problem. He didn't bother to even look at the car or investigate the problem. They spent 30 minutes cleaning the sunroof and charged me 175$. The next rainfall we had, the leak was still there. The rainwater filled the area in the back where the actuator module is located that powers my lift gate. That got fried and no longer functions. Due to Austin's jumping to conclusions and not actually investigating the problem and repairing it, which is what I hired them to do, they caused an issue that will cost 1500-2000 dollars to repair and I still have a leak! That will be taken care of by a reputable business in a couple of days. This place's only expertise is doing as little as possible for the ridiculous amount of money they charge. When I took the car back to advanced auto glass to show Austin the damage, he got angry when I challenged his explanation for telling me it was the sunroof without even checking anything else it could be. Austin proceeded to tell me it was a "guess"! Lazy and unethical. He didn't even refund my money for the unnecessary "work" he did. read more

They did very well fixing my window. But my review Is based on their reaction to wearing my mask in the waiting room. I just recently lost a cousin to covid, and another 7 yo cousin to MIS-C. The owner did a shivering motion when asking me why I was wearing a mask, like masks were gross. The owner also falsely said that masks were no longer required. Your beliefs are respected, but don't push them on customers who may be grieving. read more

As insured, California drivers, we have the right to choose where we take our car for glass repair...after reading the reviews, I was eager to make an appointment to have my windshield replaced. The transaction started well; I was able to schedule an appointment quickly as they had my glass in stock. I was happy to learn they would install the exact windshield from the manufacturer and not low quality glass from China. Everything was great to this point....then it went south with the service which tainted my prospective of the product I received. My experience and why I rated 3 stars- bottom line comes down to my experience with their service not the outcome: When I drove to the property, i had a difficult time finding where to park my car; cars were everywhere, some of the empty parking stalls had broken glass on the ground and though may not damage my tires, still not thrilled to drive over the pieces. Then I checked in for my appointment and was told it will be 1.5 hours. At that point, I decided to walk to the nearby Starbucks and shopping center to pass the time the front desk person confirmed my contact number to call when my car was ready. After nearly 2 hours, I decided to walk back to check in; at that point, I'm told they are working on my vehicle so I decide to stay and wait for the service to be completed. 30 minutes later, a technician comes in and tells the front desk attendant that my car will be ready in 15 minutes as it's "curing". I smile and acknowledge I heard the update. After 20 minutes, I notice the front desk person gathering her things as she's getting ready to pick up lunch for everyone as she had just placed the order. I then get up to ask about the status of my car, and she goes to check, when she returns she says 15 minutes. At this point, I'm pretty frustrated as I was originally told it would be an hour and a half and we are clocking close to 3 hours. The technician who was working on my car finally comes in and tells me my car is ready and out front. I then take the opportunity to tell him I'd like to share some feedback which could help their customers; I told him it would have been helpful to know at check in, the appointment would take 3 hours and not promise at 1.5. The guy looked at me and said nothing ...very dismissive. The person who made my appointment had been watching all of this and said "I'm sorry" the technician then said" it's ok, she's been taken care of". I thought, how is that? You got paid and now you don't care ?! I was beyond angry as I walked out the door. The person behind the counter could tell so he followed behind to apologize for the experience. Though the initial response made me upset, I was appreciative of the final interaction. read more
