It's just gotten worse over the years. Justino appears to be the only one there that cares at all about the customers. They don't return calls. They don't even remember to pick you up and leave you standing outside for an hour. As the service departments are often where the money is for a dealership these days, you'd think they would try. Unfortunately, I like the cars, but the service department has made it so I will not purchase from here again and recommend the rest of my family no longer do so as well. If you need service here and absolutely cannot go anywhere else, all I can say is good luck.

Of course, a salesman is on me immediately. No problem...I tell him I'm not interested because it's not 4WD, but I'm always in the market for a good deal on a white Toyota rig with 4WD and low miles for our work fleet. I give the dude my business card. Today I'm walking past Downtown Motors on my way to the computer shop. Yampa the yellow lab is on a leash next to me. As we walk past, I hear someone yelling behind me. I turn around, and it's one of the guys who works on the lot. He's yelling and he's agitated, but I can't hear him, so I put my hand to my ear and yell back, "Excuse me?" (I've got this signal-to-noise hearing problem. It's a temporal lobe thing -- they tell me it can't be helped with a hearing aid, but focusing the signal and blocking the noise with the old cupped-hand-to-the-ear trick seems to help). He keeps yelling, but I still can't hear him, so I start walking towards him. When I get close enough, I find that he's telling me to keep my dog off of their strip of grass. (Yampa promptly uses the pause in our forward progress to pee on that very same grass.) Okay. Sure. I mean, you don't have to get all aggro about it -- it's not like my dog took a shit -- but sure. It's your grass, and you don't want dogs on your grass. So I've turned and walked maybe 30 feet, and I hear him say something else. And I'm again out of hearing range, but you know, I can tell it's got a certain......tone. I turn around and say, "What?" Dude cups his hand to his ear and says, "Wha? Buuuh..... Wha?" Yeah, that's right. The dude from Downtown Motors is mocking the guy who's got a bit of a hearing problem by using THE PROFOUNDLY RETARDED GUY VOICE. I turn on my heel and walk back to him, and explain that his shop has a standing order to notify me if they get their hands on a white Toyota 4WD rig, and that my order is henceforth fucking cancelled. Not that they seemed to be looking very hard for the vehicle I spec'd (they never called me -- in the interim, we purchased a truck from a broker), but this obnoxious clown doesn't know that, and it feels righteous to kick the chair out from under his punk ass. Now the guy looks worried that I'm going to be talking to the owner next. He mumbles that I don't have to be rude about his polite request to keep the dog off the grass -- like he's already getting his revisionist story straight in his head. I have to confess that I ended the conversation at this point by suggesting that he go take a flying fuck at a rolling donut.
