I recently received another prequalified offer and I deliberately searched for the same sales person. I messaged them about it but unfortunately they didn't respond. That'll knock off a couple of stars in your rating if you ask me! Otherwise they are pretty much just another car dealership, doing what they do! I asked about what's new with this year's models, he knew it all by heart, I told him how I was new to the area, he told me about how amazing this dealership works together and how they tie in with the community, even answered questions about a few local restaurants and places I could check out. He really made me feel like a friend or family and less just a customer, but still kept it professional that when I needed anything like to test out seating and how I fit into vehicles he was happy to accommodate. It's just gotten worse over the years. Justino appears to be the only one there that cares at all about the customers. They don't return calls. They don't even remember to pick you up and leave you standing outside for an hour. As the service departments are often where the money is for a dealership these days, you'd think they would try. Unfortunately, I like the cars, but the service department has made it so I will not purchase from here again and recommend the rest of my family no longer do so as well. When I asked him to take a look at the work Lithia Chevrolet did, he told me that they put over a quart of oil in my engine and I never asked for an oil change! Upon further inspection of their "work", I discovered trash and debris that they left behind. I called them and asked why they added oil and left trash under the hood and they denied it all. So I went online and checked out reviews on several platforms just to learn that they've done this kind of thing to several people. Remember to check your oil and your other fluids if you decide to take your vehicle into this establishment. I wouldn't be surprised if this dealership is responsible for causing deaths.
